Love the location. Location is close to lots of small and local places to eat. Ana the host is professional and attentive to her guests. Room was simple and clean. Good for a couple days in Santo Domingo.

It was easy to find, I had communication with the host and everything was excellent, in fact we plan to return at the end of the year.

Probably the parking, the property has only 3 parking spaces, if all 3 are occupied you must park your vehicle on the street. Our vehicle dawned on the street but everything was fine!!

Beautiful rooms, everything is nicely furnished. The rooms are well equipped for a short stay. The location to the historical center is perfect and reachable in a few minutes. We really liked that the TV had ROKU, so you could have a nice evening with Netflix before going to sleep.

The checkin process was a bit of a pain. No one from the agency was there and we had to clarify everything with the cleaning lady. She didn't speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. Could have been clearly better explained in advance regarding room code, key, etc..

Stayed here for 7 days. Was nice and location was awesome. Walking distance to several restaurants/ pharmacy/casinos. Had hot water/ air-conditioning/ tv with roku/ mini fridge etc. Everything for a vacation stay. At night there is a security. Everything went smooth. 100% recommend this place.

Location was great super close to downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had decent space in the rooms.

I wasn’t a fan of the sinks. The cabinets are so close to the sink so it makes it tight. Other than that it was nice.

Tiny bathroom,my knees touched the wall while sitting on the toilet and no warm water. Bed was very hard but could still sleep well

It was fine, the location was in poor part of city, but close to ocean, and malls, the language barrier was my fault, my Spanish is very poor.
