Great location, courteous staff, nice rooms, VERY comfortable bed. Also good breakfast and (very important for me at least) proper and guarded on-site private parking (so many hotels say they have parking, but actually they mean on the street or nearby car park where you have to pay extra!) More than happy to recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was good, if not very good, but if I had to really be picky, then I would say that the area around the sink in the bathroom was very tight and no shelf to place toiletries, but that may have been just my room (402).

Clean, excellent location, no rental car was needed because all of my Uber rides were less than $9 being it’s a centralized location. This is actually my second time staying there. The first time I booked directly with the Hotel however they told me after breakfast was not included. This time i booked thru booking .com and the price was exactly the same with breakfast included. The staff was great always smiling and speaking. They also gave help with food recommendations

No microwave on the rooms. Also it would be great to update the tv size. They’re about 32’ maybe even a bit smaller. Those two things would make the stay better however based and location, cleanliness, and staff i would still book with them again.

Small, modern hotel. My room was very clean and fairly quiet, despite the hotel's location near a major street (Avda. Independencia) and next door to a restaurant/bar. Bed was comfortable, good A/C, small fridge with two bottles of water every day, flat screen TV. Bathroom was very nice, too, but the only thing lacking is space to put your things. Overall, a very good value. Stayed 8 nights.

For breakfast you're given a voucher with a selection of items to choose (coffee, juice, a meal). Nothing wrong with the system per se, but the quality of the food (and the coffee) is very so-so. I chose to forgo it a few times and get breakfast elsewhere.

Very basic accommodations but outstanding service and very very clean rooms and facilities made the hotel a 10/10. The staff are awesome and helpful. The restaurant next door with breakfast was good as well.

It was loud at until 11:30pm because there is a restaurant next to it but I enjoyed the music!

The breakfast was ok for the room price. I wish the hotel had a microwave for heating up meals somewhere on site without having to walk over to the restaurant.

The room was big and with all comforts. The Breakfast was good (but just small), served in the restaurant next to the hotel.

A bit noisy for the close street and there was a rooster waking up the all neighbors at 4 am

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to the Malecon, however I would not walk there at night. It was also right next to a restaurant that had an amazing vibe and decent food. There was also another restaurant a few blocks down to the left of the hotel that had inexpensive delicious Dominican food.

The staff could have been a bit more welcoming. The room was small and there were no windows.

Everything. the staffs, excellent service, employees very friendly. specially the front desk lobby. the maids take care of everything in the room. every-thing was amazing. !!

individuals safety very low. you can't block the entrance of a premisses with cars all over. in case of an emergency that could be a big issue. other than that amazing.

The room was big enough, comfortable, clean and well decorated. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel has a safe parking area. The location is quiet and safe but a little bit far from zone colonial. The breakfast was delicious but with no buffet. It's a good choice after all.
