The location was very nice, right in front of the beach. The facilities were very clean and maintained. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

The room was too small. It was presented as a twin double room when actually it appeared to be a single double room where another bed was crammed in. It should have been sold as a space for two when they put four people in. For the price it should have been a lot bigger.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Just far enough from the noise of the town, but easy walk down the beach

They didn't clean the room. It's right on the beach. So you're always dragging sand into the room. And they never cleaned the room. They brought towels and toilet paper, but left them outside the room

Location very good. Swimming pool.

Breakfast way too simple for the price we paid to stay. 4.5 star price for 2.5-3 star hotel. TV cable never worked. Some staff very rude except the young man receptionist (he is very good).

Great location across from the beach. Beautiful pool & lounge area. Grounds were in perfect condition. A restaurant & bar on site was convenient.

No safe in the rooms or behind the friend desk.

Unfortunately most guests did not wear face masks while walking around common areas. I know that these areas are all outside but in Ecuador everyone should wear masks even outside. Staff tried to make people wear them but were not very keen on it so everyone basically did whatever they want, which made me feel rather unsafe on that aspect.
