The hotel was very nice, Bath tub was great, and a treat, as most apartments and residences in Manta have none in their bathrooms.Restaurant was exceptional for dinner, as well as incl breakfast.Nice Pizza and Pasta eatery 1/2 blk away..Staff friendly, with GM speaking pretty good English to assist.We were greeted immediately.View of harbor was wonderful.Balcony had 2 chairs out there.A table and 2 chairs was in the photos out there, but it wasn't there.

Television was strange, and the GM had to come up and assist to get it working as soon as we checked in.It worked off and on with many Netflix programs not showing, but an error code instead.No washcloths in room, and when I went down to ask for some, I had to wait until the next morning to receive.The staff works very hard, and there is only one housekeeper at a time. The shower floor was very slippery when wet.There was also open snacks left in the cabinets.I gave to housekeeper the next morning. Should be a mat or anti slip measures in both tub and shower surfaces for safety.

The King Suite had a bathtub in the room! Very nice room layout with great views of the Manta Port. Comfortable bed and very hot water in a very nice shower. The restaurant exceeded expectations with great food and unique cocktails... worth going to dinner there even if you don't stay.

The balcony wasn't as private as some options in Manta, but I think this is only true on the top floor of rooms. Sight distance to a neighboring room, and connected to a room behind (but blocked by a plant). Location is also fairly urban... expect normal traffic noise as opposed to the sound of the ocean.

Everything. I always come back for more! I especially appreciated Eduardo's efforts to correct a misunderstanding with the booking. We were very happy. Thanks Eduardo.

Breakfast options are very good and tasty. The dining room setting is nice and the staff is very friendly and service-oriented.

Wow, we splurged for a suite and it was fantastic. 4th floor corner room. Like your first car with power windows. Remote control curtains, fancy living room tub, small balcony facing the marina. Very pleasantly surprised by everything. Staff was great including the restaurant which was terrific. Breakfast was included and was a huge bonus. We own a condo in Manta and we're staying on a date night. Was the best hotel experience in Manta.

There was some construction on our floor, but they did not make much noise until after 8:30 AM, so no real complaints

Beautiful modern room with great amenities. Amazing balcony overlooking everything. Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Juan Jose who made sure we were taken care of at every step. Great food from the Restaurant.

Staff very friendly and respectful, they gave us good information about the city. Hotel was clean , the food very good and delicious. Hotel located in a walking distance to all the amenities that we needed .
