The hotel is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Amazing ocean's view from the pool. The room was comfortable, and all services were offered as promoted. The staff is very professional and committed. They adjusted to our necessities.The hotel is located in a silent area, just a few minutes walking from the Mall del Pacifico. This is a residential and secure area. Food in breakfast was fresh and varied.

This hotel doesn't have any playground or area for kids. The pool is not secured. This can be a little challenge if you are planning to travel with young kids under 5y. It's a risk. Maybe something to consider to advise for further visitors. There's no high chairs, neither.

Great location near the beach and near the mall. Away from the Hussle and bussle but still close enough where it was a 5 min walk. Great security had to be buzzed in. Amazing view of the beach.

I expect more of a buffet style breakfast, but that's my own fault. I'm used to more of a card system for the door.still had manual keys for access.

Excelente location , price, and staff attention . The room was very clean and cozy. The little pool with ocean vew is amazing !! The manager, Cesar Moreno, was very attentive and switched us to a beautiful ocean view room. Manuel, the bartender, make sure we enjoy our happy hour with delicious food and drinks. Definitely will come back next time we visit Ecuador 🇪🇨 😊

This hotel was perfect. The location offered fantastic views of the ocean and beach- but mind you since you’re on a cliff there is no direct access to the beach. Playa murciélago is a few minutes walk away as is the mall of the pacific. Service was outstanding from the attention at breakfast to the daily room cleaning. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Really friendly staff, good food, beautiful view and great location. You can stay at the pool side as long as you like and bring in your own drinks or food as well.

We seemed to always be begging for more toilet paper haha. It was “rationed” and you’d only get one roll

the staff was fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. Jeniffer went above and beyond preparing the meals and keeping our thirst satisfied sitting by the pool, prepared the meals to order very accommodating. Our room was swept and the tile floors were moped everyday very clean facilities. Leo was also super serving our breakfast everyday very spot on with your needs

first couple days no hot water but they replaced the hot water on demand device and then there was hot water

Everything was first class. Staff was excellent, breakfast very good, and different each morning. Great, quiet location. Room 10 wonderful.

For safety reasons, there should be a handrail going down stairs into the pool. Watched a number of elderly vacationers have some difficulty - ease and exiting the beautiful pool.

Delicious food, you might look for lunch and dinner. View is very worthy i really loved the place! The weather is very hot but you can take a bath with hot water! The hotel is very near to the mall, during the day you can walk, very nice experience!

Like i said before, lunch and dinner is not an option on the hotel, but is not difficult to find food around. I would like to have the option because i was very hungry one day but the breakfast is included and very good.
