Clean rooms, great location to the pier and concha de Perla as well as many restaurants in Puerto villamil. Our son enjoyed the pool table and my husband and I really enjoyed spending time on the balcony.

Somewhat of a smell in the bathroom (could be the water containing certain minerals)

Great location. Quiet. Lovely large room with balcony and ocean view. Walking distance to beach and main square.. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of hot water. Wifi great.

The service was sparse. It was kind of hard to find anyone around the hotel in case you needed anything. It could have been the slow time of year as we were basically the only people in the hotel.

Everything was great here, super close to town square and the center. The owner and his family plus staff were welcoming since day one. Price is good too

Best shower I had in the Galapagos. Breakfast was good. The staff was all really friendly and helpful, especially Diana who explained everything to me when I first arrived. They are on the road from the pier just as you reach the main part of town. I liked this location but others might prefer something right on the beach further into town. However it was very convenient for getting to and from the pier for tours, ferries, etc.

The design of the room and the balcony above the trees. Privacy was exceptional. Tennis table in the lobby was available all the time. The breakfast was very good.

Big property relatively speaking for Galapagos. Nice courtyard and decks. Top floor room for family of 4 with beach view was worth it!

4 story walk up.

it’s very clean, good ocean view. compared to similar hotels in Galapagos, it felt very modern , upgraded, great water pressure and it came with a room secret box. It is close to everything around town. Diana was great and helped us organize all of our day tours so we didn’t have to worry about it. It had great complimentary breakfast.

Location was great, shower and AC also very nice. They had a jug for water which is always a plus. Loved the room
