What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

I want to express my deepest thanks and gratitude to the hotel staff who helped make my vacation to be the best one I have ever spent allover. Let's start by the 1st few minutes since my arrival and the kind welcome in the form of easy entrance and welcome drink in addition to the greatest service provided to us by applying early check in with upgrading our room which had a garden view to a suite with pool view , all of these was done without any extra fees or charge at all. My great thanks to Mr. Haitham and the whole staff at the reception and Pullman. The 2nd most amazing thing is the wide variety in the restaurants available in the resort. The variety I mean doesn't only include the number and places of restaurants, not only means the multiple and newly cooked dishes at every meal, but also the schedule of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast can extend from 7:00 am to 11:00 am , the lunch may start at 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm while the dinner at different areas can be from 6:30 pm till the midnight with the availability of snacks and fresh juices at most of daytime at different bars and the food court. All chefs and organizers specially chef/ Osama offered the service with a nice smile on their faces and in a quiet lovely voice tone for me and my family. A special dinner was organized on my 2nd day of stay with nice invitation left for us at the entrance of the suite. Regarding the pools, I think that it was the most amazing resort in the distribution of the pools to provide the maximum privacy for whom who seek for it as the 1st priority, and also those who love sharing fun in the aqua park or other pools with availability of lifeguards at each pool. It is worth to be mentioned that there is no discrimination in dealing with any female wearing swimsuit whatever bikini or burkini. Animation team (mainly Barbra) is full of energy and power in their actions at the pools specially the aqua gym.

Since there is nothing in our life is 100% complete (this is life not heaven 😂), I had just one notice which I want to share it with you helping for more and more improvement. At my 1st night of stay, my daughter copmlaind of mild rise in temperature and I asked the reception  to make a contact with the pharmacy but unfortunately due to the new expansions, it didn't occur so, I had to go by myself to the pharmacy which is quite far from our suite (around 15 minutes walking at 2:00 pm🌞🔥to go and the same to return) to bring anti-pyretic.

Incredible staff . They made us feel incredibly salient within the process with extensive care. Additionally, they were very keen upon making our trip an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Ahmed for welcoming our arrival and being above all expectations and to all of your colleagues in the reception, restaurants, pools, beach , to the chef/s, water activities , night and day experiences. The family really enjoyed abundantly that we were prepared to extend our visit for extra nights over the prior scheme that we have planned . As the events were really unexpected to have turned out to an almost like utopia experience. It is preferred that the name would be altered to “Sea World”.

Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Honestly, I liked everything!

The experience exceeded all of my expectations for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff and housekeeping team, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly special. The resort itself is a masterful creation. The crystal sandy beach was simply breathtaking, and the variety of pools, including the new aqua park, added an extra element of fun and excitement. We found ourselves constantly exploring and enjoying the different areas of the resort. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible dining options. With over 5 restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique culinary experience, we were spoiled for choice. Every meal was a delight, and we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to trying different dishes. And let's not forget the luxurious cafes! They provided the perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy some quality time together. What truly sets this resort apart is its ability to cater to different moods. Whether we wanted a tranquil and peaceful environment or a more active and vibrant atmosphere, the resort had it all. We loved how we could easily switch between the two, depending on our mood and desires. In fact, we were so enamored with this lovely place that we made the decision to extend our stay. It was impossible to resist the charm and allure of the resort. We wanted to soak up every moment and create lasting memories in this paradise.

no pool activities

The hotel is huge .The rooms are big .I liked the pools . Food was good .The beach is nice but take beach shoes with you because it's rocky.

My 3 main concerns is : -There must be a solution for mosquitoes problem specially that they never existed in other hotels with more green areas. -And the strange insect in the room is a very annoying problem specially with kids.I kept finding it everyday in the room. -I felt that some of the staff treat Egyptians differently which is so wrong . We are Canadian Egyptians and even one of the diving center Salesmen on the pool said it to us that he doesn't like to speak to Egyptians !! And also my girls who were visiting Egypt for the first time asked the DJ man to play one Arabic song and he refused and he said it's forbidden !!

The wonderful hospital staff. Very special thanks to Mr. Hesham Abdel Raoof who upgraded my room to a lovely one by the beach. Chef Hossam El Mansy is not only a superb pastry chef but a very amiable person. Warm thanks also go out to Reda Mahmoud and Ali Fathy at the restaurant, Nadi at housekeeping, and Mohamed Ali, Ahmed Raafat and Amr at the water park. My stay was wonderful but it was made even more special by these staff members and their colleagues. A very warm thanks to all.

there is no animation team are visible or activity, it was clear the care about food cost rather than the value meal , internet signal was very weak

The room was fantastic, the staff always super friendly and helpful. The facilities are incredible and the beach is fantastic. this is a destination to relax and is far from marsa allam, Abu dabab and other turistic places. However, there is a dive centre inside the hotel and you can book trips and dive with them.

At first they give us a twin room even thought they saw we were a couple, but we went to reception to request a room with double bed and it was changed as per our requests. Sweets at the buffet can be improved. Less quantity and better quality
