Hygiene: tiles in shower had something stick on them, hairdryer was very dusty, napkin containers were very dirty, linens had stains on them. During breakfast we noticed that the tables were not cleaned properly after a guest left the table, plate mats were shaken and put again on the table disgusting.

Location

I was expecting a high level of hygiene considering the amount we paid. The carpet is old , not clean . The toilet is not clean as per 6 star standard. The towels are overused.

I recently stayed at your hotel from November 15th to 19th, 2024. While I appreciated the assistance from Ms. Abeer Abdel Fattah in Guest Relations, I found several aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. The breakfast area was quite small with limited food options, and the room quality did not match the high price. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not working, and despite informing the staff multiple times, it was never fixed. I hope you will take these points into consideration for future improvements.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff go out of their way to serve, help and please the guests. I would like to highlight the outstanding job of Mohamed Hussein and Sabry from the Concierge department who helped us organize all our excursions, sightseeing tours, taxis, guides and everything we needed.. Also Ahmed at THE BLUE restaurant was great. He prepared a traditional Egyptian breakfast for us and was always there to bring us what we wished. The location is perfect, a very safe area and close to most attractions. We definitely recommend this hotel for your best experience in Cairo and look forward to returning!

Hotel has a very good location. We arrived late and our family room was not ready. We waited for 1h to finalize everything and it was after midnight. The problem was the transferring data from booking to hotel, and same for payment. I couldn’t pay using e-card, virtual card. Hotel required only physical. But I did all reservations using my virtual card because it’s convenient. So, at night at the arrival day I spent 1h to solve this issue. They cancelled my reservation and did new one. About food: breakfast is good, variety of choice. Rooms require renovation, air conditioners are very old. Beds and pillows are good. Family room is okay but for kids their room was too small. It had sofa, small table, +2 extra beds. No space at all.

A graciously styled hotel that has a feel of classic luxury. I was looking for something that was smaller, with a more intimate feeling than the big contemporary hotels that for me are a bit soulless. My travel agent suggested the Kempinski and it was exactly what I wanted. The location is great. I thought of staying in Giza but I am glad I chose downtown instead because I wanted an experience of being in the city.

I can’t really find faults. I opted for a deluxe Nile view room. The room was lovely but it was on the second floor and thus a bit loud from traffic at night. But they were absolutely accommodating and moved us to a higher floor the very next night. The customer relations staff person went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ve never experienced such a high quality of service.

I highly recommend Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo for an exceptional stay experience. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with a prime location overlooking the Nile River, offering guests stunning views and easy access to the city’s key attractions. Service: The staff was outstanding—warm, supportive, and attentive. From the front desk to the coffee shop and concierge team, every member provided top-tier service, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms: While my room was somewhat smaller than expected, it was well-maintained, with clean, comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms, ensuring a restful environment. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, deserving a solid 4 out of 5 stars. While everything was flavorful, a few hot items could have been warmer. The serving team, however, was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Additional Observations: Although the lobby didn’t have the expansive luxury found in other nearby hotels, this was only a minor aspect and did not detract from my stay. I also appreciated the team’s daily follow-ups to ensure our comfort, which truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, Kempinski Nile Hotel left a remarkable impression, offering excellent value, attentive service, and a memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Cairo.

Brilliant staff - all helpful and friendly. Rooms were great - good bathrooms, strong air conditioning, and lots of space. Food in hotel for breakfast and other meals was high quality - the cakes in the lobby were reasonably priced and tasted excellent. Felt very secure, doormen helped find taxis and always checked it was the right tour. Rooftop view was very impressive and the pool was a nice place to cool down after a day of sites.

Nothing - would go back again.

The staff, the hotel the food and the facilities are exquisite. I love the rooftop pool and spa. All of the staff are so welcoming and can't do enough. I feel safe and well looked after when I stay at Kempinski. The food is superb 👌 the staff are amazing, especially the house keeping guys like Emad and Kaliffe just to name two of these amazing staff. Nothing too much. You comfort and enjoyment is their priority. I love Kempinski and its staff. Can't wait to return.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Kempinski Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and provided us with a stunning view of the Nile. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with every member of the staff going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, it was resolved immediately by the attentive staff, which only added to our positive impression. The food at The Blue Restaurant was a highlight of our trip—delicious Mediterranean cuisine prepared to the highest standards. Each dish was a culinary delight, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. We also want to extend our gratitude to the concierge, reception, and housekeeping teams, who were all incredibly professional and always greeted us with the famous Egyptian welcoming smile. A special mention goes to Khamis at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His efforts truly made a difference in our experience. The Kempinski Nile Hotel is a wonderful oasis, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
