The rooms are spacious and really well looked after. The pool is also really big and it is comfortable for swimming and not just relaxing. The staff were all really friendly and only every now and then was there a bit of a problem with the language difference.

The breakfast: I think you guys should maybe make a menu sothat people can choose what they want for breakfast and try to have a bigger variety of foods especially for tourists who might have different tastes. The pool: I think it would have been a lot more fun if we could go swimming a bit earlier than the stipulated time of 10 am. We were early birds and then had to wait quite a while to use the pool. The sleeper couch: the friend of ours that slept on the sleeper couch said that the matress was a bit thin so he could feel the springs of the bed part throughout the whole night. If you could maybe try and get thicker mattresses for the couches it would be a lot better.

The room is nice. The bathroom is clean.

A nice escape out of central cairo. Michael and the staff is super accommodating and checking in/ out was smooth. very professional and we loved our duplex for our family of 5. And there is a pool!!

The staff is really friendly, and especially their manager Mr Michael Takwan was a very customer friendly and a very nice person We recommend this hotel. And we give the highest point, which is 10 We also rate Mr Michael above 10. And another 10 point is for Mr Osama. He was our guide and helped us a lot to see the good and beautiful sights. Location was amazing, 24/7 front desk for all my english enquiries. Breakfast included and it was plenty and served with love. My favourite part was the staff who were not just helpful but kind souls.

Great and variety of food was served for breakfast. The staff at the apartments very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The apartment very clean and roomy. The kids loved the pool and also able to kick a soccer ball around.

I loved everything from the 2 roomed, 2 shower and open plan lounge and kitchen, to the excellent and friendly staff. Our family vacay was an awesome experience

We chose the stay with breakfast but having breakfast with a family at 10am is way too late for tourist. Breakfast should at least start fro.m 7am, this give enough time for tourists to do site visits
