Thanks a ton to the front desk team. They took great Care of us, supported us all the times and always available to please any request...with permanent smile. No exception, the whole front desk team was supportive and very nice. We have been upgraded and the room overlooked the city. It was clean with confortable beds. We did enjoyed our stay in Atlas. Again thank you to the team. Big bazar is within easy reach and other major monuments as well.

Unfornunately no greetings from the restaurant team. No smile, no hello, no Care at all. One morning i did not drink my orange juice when i Saw it was dirty inside the orange tank, green stuffs were at the surface. Breakfast is exactly the same everyday. This is ok for a short stay but for longer stay you got sick of it. If they improve welcoming and food , i do believe the hotel can rock! 8/10 is due to great performance of front desk.

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff Dina was always there for our day plans, suggestions and transport, she helped us all the time. THANK YOU! We had breakfast in the room.

The staff Marina to be more polite and care more about the customers especially when they need a taxi. She send us outside at night to find taxi by ourselves which we find not much secure. Also she says to the customers I don't have uber application. In the hotel building there is a fast food cafe where nobody knows English and this became very problematic.

The location is great and easy to reach from Airport. what stood out is the reception check-in staffs were fantastic and to mention the name Marian or Maria, she was quite welcoming and made sure all queries are addressed. I requested early check-in which said they will accommodate if available, so it was available and they offered it. The front desk staffs are winners for the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the room had all the necessary standards required for a good stay. Elevators are available. great location reachable by foot with a lot of shops and bazaar around. Great breakfast with a variety of great quality. live egg station is commendable. in short value for money stay.

This is an old building and new management is doing their best to uplift it, so not to expect spanking clean, but work is in progress, nothing major. If the door could be fixed with magnetic keys, as it was a challenge to close and open my room. ran out of water on a day, though informed, it was forgotten. except these few, overall satisfied and value for money.

1. Structure: as located in the central downtown, building is authentically Egyptian old style so you feel egypt in it with everything you need is 2 steps away, all Land Marks were nothing but few Uber coins away. Safe, cozy and friendly. General facilities and designs are great including the waiting hall and the bar. 2. Cleanliness: the word clean is not enough honestly, well maintained and kept despite the aging signs which the hotel is refurbishing at the moment, as they showed me couple of refurbished rooms to choose before I settled in the one I enjoyed fully. 3. Staff: the staff are professionally trained, you never feel yourself as a stranger nor guest but a family member from day one. 4. Meals: never tried it honestly but Appreciated the continuous invitations for their morning open buffet and offers for room delivery as a complimentary gesture. I personally requested some cutlery and got them delivered in a blink of eye. 5. Price: it is superb for the money value you pay so definitely no complaints about that specially with the secure visa card smooth and instant transactions with no hidden payments. As a conclusion, although I am a picky naggy person but genuinely; I would gladly give this hotel the highest score but no one is perfect. Nevertheless, this hotel is definitely the best in reflecting the good image of Egypt which any tourist must get about the country, people and the hospitality service. Final review mark: +9 , highly recommended.

1. The internet connection is a bit wobbly sometimes but this is understandable due to the massive property, so it wont be fair to take that against the hotel "Be prepared to buy your own data sim card from airport if possible to be fully online, it is cheap and worth bty" 2. Smoking area at the reception lobby could be designed better not to feel yourself followed by the eyes of people when you are getting in or out of the building.

excellent hotel, very clean and safe. in the heart of downtown and within walking distance from all attractions. all recreation staff are amazing, they are polite and helpful. special thanks for all of them and especially Meryana. I recommend this hotel for those who are looking for safe, clean and best location hotel with reasonable prices

-hot water regulation. sometimes it takes time till it becomes hot water, sometimes it is ok just from the beginning.

Starting with the location, its in the centre in a perfect location where all the shopping is. You can walk in any direction and you'll have whatever you want. Lots of local markets and pleases to eat, banks for money exchange, local cuisine and everything else. Nearby is the Islamic art museum, Al Azhar Mosque, khan el Khalili market and many other points of interest. You can get a short ride to Ramsees where you will have access to other transport links. A short 5 min walk from the hotel brings you to Mohamed Naguib metro station which is very convenient. Overall the location was really good. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Noura with her beautiful smile. The staff were all welcoming and hospitable. Ayah was very lovely, kind and helpful, Aymen is genuinely a super lovely person and sincere. Samiha was so polite and humorous and Walid was very helpful in trying to make sure my room was ok. Not to forget Abdelaziz who made sure I had a good room and personally took care of me. (if you're there on 2nd of Feb wish him happy birthday - he is 38 but looks 23 ;P) The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The room was amazing with a great view of downtown Cairo (room 612) it had large full size windows with sliding doors and also a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped. The breakfast was sufficient, having a decent variety of hot and cold foods. Overall the hotel was clean and well kept. The housekeeping staff were great too - If you love Indian movies and Indian songs be sure to meet the housekeeper Muhammed. He will marry you ;) Thanks for the hospitality, I hope to visit again. I would've given a strong 10/10 but the only issue I wad faced with was having no hot water. I wasn't able to take a hot shower until my third day. I also had an issue with the heater in my room. BUT the staff were absolutely amazing and tried their best to resolve the issue. They were happy to change my room over and over till I was satisfied. Unfortunately by the time is was resolved it was time for me to leave :( I'm hoping this wont be an issue for any other guest. Keep up all the hard work and passion you have for your hotel and guests. Keep your sincerity and honesty with all guests at all times, you will go a long way.

It was definitely value for money, location was ideal. Old bazar, Tahrir Square, cairo museum, Al Azhar mosque were all about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Airport and Giza (pyramids) about 40 minutes, Good food restaurants around. Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was OK but could have been improved. Internet in room was very poor but good at reception desk. Hotel manager Ayman kindly referred us a taxi driver/ tour guide called "Amr " who was a very genuine, honest and knowledgeable gentleman. Amr was with us through out our 3 days stay in Cairo and took us every location in Cairo (Islamic Cairo and modern Cairo). His prices were very modest and definitely value for money. I would highly recommend Amr to everyone.

Actually, you cant find the hotel where looks like here in cairo. This hotel is a modern, and new hotel. And they are renovation now. So dont worry even single room was so good. I stayed two types of single rooms, two rooms shape was little different but everything was good and valueable to me (compare to another cairo's hotel) + reasonable price minibar. So i am sure about you cannot find better hotel than this hotel in tahrir, on the same price zone. I recommend and I want to stay again next time. ++ This hotel has a cafe, sandwich shop and restaurent(even can drink alcohole). +++ Especially. Mustafa, ayah, and nourhan is very friendly The person who work here.

I want to get more clean air, but actually it is cairo's problem i think😂.
