Most time if you complain about something, it's not done immediately. I complained about my TV and up till now it's not being attended to.

- Great staff welcoming - reception always available to answer calls - location were exceptional, 5 minutes walk to downtown - at the lobby there is a coffee shop serve variety of coffee and cake - room service were available at all times and they will always asking if you need anything with smile - breakfast were simple and fare enough for guests

- Internet is slow a little bit - smoking all over the lobby - electricity were disconnected once without any notice

What a hidden gem this property is. Everything, bar a couple of minor shortcomings is value for money. Receptionist Ayah and her colleagues always up to every task with smiling faces. Ayah allowed a very early check-in and an upgraded to a bigger room that must be acknowledged. A tiny shower area was a put off, and a small bottle of water every day would add mote value. Breakfast is quite adequate but can do with a live egg station thrown in. Housekeeping is neat & tidy as the manager actively inspects it. A tiny cafe and reasonably priced restaurant attached to the property is a bonus. Location is a plus, Tahrir square, Egyptian Musuem just a small walk away, RAMSIS railway Station & Khan-el-Khalili just 25 minutes of a pleasant walk or 15 min by taxi/uber. This will be my abode in CAIRO for all of my future trips to EGYPT!

Excellent staff and location. Close to masjid, restaurants and cafes. About 7-9 mins from metro.

Smoking is allowed in the rooms and some guests keep their doors open to pass the suicide smoke onto others. No gym and pool. Only water and coffee and tea given on first day of your stay only. This is not right it should be daily given to guests.

Location, so close to everything which tourists will be looking for. All the famous, food spots, shopping, tourist attractions are nearby.

We arrived 1300hrs, and they did not give us room until 1405hrs, they said checkin is 1400hrs so we have waited for 1hour. Bathroom cleaning can be improved.

In total the hotel is an excellent option if you are looking for quality with a reasonable price. The location is very close to all transportation . The staff is helpful. A good deal at the heart of Cairo.

The internet is really poor, it disconnects every hour and you have to connect manually.

You should introduce your hotel better on booking.com. I think you can introduce your hotel with better photos or better description by a professional photographer. Because I think your hotel is better than expected on Booking.com Room cleaning and general hotel cleanliness, layout and furniture are successful. The cafeteria section of the hotel is very successful. Prices are very acceptable. Although the staff speaks little English, they are very helpful and friendly. Mrs. Mia was very helpful, thank you for the quick and early check-in.

Our requests for additional towels, water and coffee/tea in the room were fulfilled very late. If you do not return the room key to the reception, there will be no daily cleaning.

Location is perfect. The hotel overall is perfect. The room we had was clean, no bad smell in the corridor. Food was awsome as well. Not to forgot the greet personel specialy May big thanks.

The breakfast taste is greet but you could found the pots empty after 9 or 10 and not sure if the chef will put more. Only negative point in the room was that during the daily clean up they did not put new bottle of water, tissue and toilet paper however once i contacted the reception they provided immediately.

This hotel can arrange tour to Pyramids for you. Especially for trip alone, it must be more expensive than group to arrange some tour via some internet site, but this hotel suggest me very good price including airport pick up and deliver to the airport. And my driver,Am was very kind and honest man. And front staff, Mai was kind to upglade my room for free. I strongly suggest you to stay at here when you visit Cairo.
