The staff members were great, especially Nada, Hesham and Mohamed. They did their best to make my stay comfortable. I asked to move to a better room and they did that with the same price. The facilities were also very good. Not to mention, the location was very nice near almost everything. Besides, a small mosque is on the ground floor.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Ahmad and Nura, with whom we talked a lot and who helped us either by changing the room, finding ourselves in Cairo or drinking a good coffee in the morning! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfy rooms and the area, the security and the confidence, both in the hotel and in the area, but most of all the kind atmosphere. If I were to come back to Cairo, I would definitely choose the same premises.

The rooms with a balcony are quite noisy during the day and in the evening, because of the cars, although the hotel is situated on the 7th floor, so you would assume it shouldn't be the case. But we were able to change the room for one situated further away from the street, so we enjoyed also some calm nights. The breakfast is ok for one or two days, but because it's always the same (no buffet), it should really be changed for people who spend more time at the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better with some more options

The staff were amazing ! Ahmed, Nada and miss Nada were so kind and helpful, all the other reception staff and kitchen staff were also so kind , nothing was too much for them . When ever we needed a taxi they would get us one ready and any sightseeing advice they would also give . We felt very happy and safe .

The hotel was difficult to find, taxi drivers also found it hard to find with only a small sign outside. The alleyway up to hotel is not nice but once up the lift level 7 it's better. The hotel is a 3 star hotel which reflects the price . The hotel is very clean and tidy but our deluxe room needs updating with new carpet then it will look nice. We had to ask for a fridge Miss Nada was happy to give us one sadly it was not cold enough. The breakfast is same everyday I think if they gave simple sausage egg salad cheese with toast or bread would be better not chicken nugget and chips in the morning .

Ahmed was really nice and made me feel at home. The room was really nice and clean! I am very happy that I came here because I got help with food, activities and a lot of other things

The location is very good, but it might be a bit hard to find. It is a humble hotel, but for the price it really complies with my expectations. It is quite clean. The wifi does not reach the rooms but in the lobby is okay. The first night they charged us the specified amount in euros and not in dollars, therefore we overpaid considerably. We raised their attention in this matter and they paid us the difference at the very next day. Due to this gesture, we decided to stay longer. Some of the staff are very very nice, compliant and humble. Overall, and for the price, I would recommend it.

It was my best Expected, i find all the comfortable needs , such as the Modern beds cleaning covers , the location is great you're so lucky to be in the Downtown of Cairo , you have a very speed Wifi , especially if you have a job on your laptop, and there's a TV , Wardrobe .& good Room services . Thanks to the Owner Of Montana Hotel , & the price was deserved. Please keep it in this Limit .

The Resiption Employees were so Good and respectful and very cooperative , Especially Mohammad and Ahmad , but there's a girl wasn't treated me in a Respectful way , she is Laughing without any reason , some time she told me you must reserve by Our Hotel site ,and when i'm reserving it she told me cancel your reservation, and just pay to us in Cash , this mistake must solve it by the Responsable.

Great location - right in the heart of Cairo but on one of the quieter streets for the city centre, so perfect for a good night sleep. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful - special mention to Ahmed, who made it feel more like staying at a friend's place than a hotel, with lots of tips on where to go. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - a spread of tomato, cheese, cucumber, boiled egg, fava beans, bread, some fruit, halva, tea and coffee. Having also stayed in some other hotels in the city (supposedly with better facilties etc), this hotel was far superior, especially for such a bargain price.

The staff- on top of everything. Everyone smiling and keen to help. From housekeepers to managers, all person deserve 5 stars. Noora the breakfast lady, nada (both manager and receptionist) and the night shift boys all are super stars. The location is superb you can't go wrong with it. The entrance of hotel is bit retarded but once your in the hotel, you forget about it. I have already booked a family suite again for next trip. There is a barber on the entrance of the building of the hotel. There is a very young kid (Abdul Rehman) learning the barbers work from his father who works in that barber shop. The sad thing is he doesn't go to school anymore.His dad is a very skillfully barber. Please everyone go there have a hair cut from his dad and help Abdul Rehman as much as you can.
