Cozy rooms, warm water, breakfast

The elevator failed a few times so I had to climb down. It was so exercise for me though. Not sure if the light in the bathroom is working. The shower space is a bit small

Mr Anas and his team were very helpful and accommodating! The location is excellent and easily accessible to all local amenities, walking distance to all the main sites downtown. It had everything that I needed, I ended up extending my stay! I was happy with my room - it was clean and very comfortable. If I needed anything I asked the staff who were always happy to help. Lovely place, ideal, central location, very friendly team and would go there again 😊 Thanks for a great stay!

its a good place to resting, the rooms is very quiet, and stuff is friendly and the beds and sheets is perfect and very clean finally, it's the best place i checked in.🫶🏻

The hotel was brand new, so everything was supper clean, they made sure to keep it sweet scented every night. The staff was kind and helpful! They brought us tea in our arrival while the room was being set up. They have a room for eating foods and drinks As it wasn't allowed in the room which I think is a great idea, Fatima the women responsible for making breakfast and such, was supper kind and flexible and took my mom's special requests with a smile and kind words. Over all Clean Very friendly and professional staff It felt like home

What i didn't like was that the room are small There were no dressing mirors or like a cupboard where u can sit and get ready. But that's about it

The people were super helpful and nice, and although they spoke English rather poorly, they were always trying to know what was wrong and try to fix it. This is a new hotel, so probably they still have to get into it themselves. Much of the furniture is new: the beds are good quality, although for some reasons the bed head for instance is still wrapped in a protective plastic cover, which makes no sense. The street in which the hotel is located has no cars, which is so rare in this part of Cairo that is it worth noting (crossing a street in Cairo was a life-threatening experience for me).

The wifi didn't reach all rooms. The shower was especially bad: literally over the toilet, so there's no way you can take a shower, get dressed, and sit on the toilet without getting naked again first because everything will be soaking wet. I couldn't really close the window completely, so the noise of the street below usually kept me awake until about 1:30. The breakfast may be pretty small (check other comments). All in all, don't go to this place and expect a "western" stay. You'll get a true Cairo experience: some of it will be messy, some of it will be OK, and you'll find some charm to some of it too if you keep an open mind. But this is also what travels are for, right? In you're in that spirit, I can recommend that hotel.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was hot. They let us choose the room when our booked hotel was not open. They helped us with other things too.

There was no room maid service. We had to ask for TP and to throw out trash. The water didn't drain well with the shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first day they had a problem with our room but quickly managed to give us a temporary room. We could also arrange very high quality tours for our stay in Cairo: to Giza, Cairo museums and Faiyum. I especially want to highlight our Egyptology guide for our first two days, Dina, who definitely knows her trade.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, close to all tourist places, most importantly the staff is very kind, I visited more than 17 hotels in downtown Cairo and I reviewed for the first time, So the hotel deserves it, the hotel services deserve 5 stars.
