Big clean rooms and staff especially the kitchen lady was very helpful, nice and polite.

They were doing some maintenance so was noisy for the last two days and we were not informed and no one apologised. Bath hand sink is broken. Also mattresses were ok but not so good. Staff were very good.

Fantastic good location. Good value for money. The staff was very kind, so we were satisfied with this hostel. The balcony was also very good. I would suggest this hotel for all people, who has got not so much money for the accomodation.

We had to ask always the toilet paper from the staff.

Lovely big room, communal areas spotlessly clean. Entrance to the building not so inviting, but 4th floor where Oalace Court is situated was perfectly fine.

I asked for a room with a bath, and it was very small, just a sitting bath.

Very clean and very Friendly stuff.as well very safe place. I didn’t expect that really nice hotel,for sure not 5 star hotel but good if you want it only for sleep and the day you are anyway out to visit many places in Cairo ..

Only they need to fix some staff in the WC,and the water go out in the floor when you take shower ,but not really big problem,every day I asked the to clean it and the did it good 👌🏼

The smell of the room is amazing, the staff is friendly and speak English. It was great

The building is a little old and the elevator is scary.

The room was very big and comfortable it was clean, all rooms have balcony with good view, staff was helpful and very friendly, I also met the manger his name is Badr he is a gentlemen very friendly I like talking with him, for sure I will go there again.

Great hotel and within walking distance to the museum. Being downtown the area is a bit hectic however the hotel was a great reprieve. The hotel is located on the 4th. floor and reached by a really neat 3 passenger elevator. Our room was quiet and clean. The staff amazing and very helpful. The perfect place to stay in downtown Cairo

l loved the place .l arrived a day before the provided room a room with amazing price .they also have trips all over egypt l highly recommend the fayoum trip.it was great and the price was amazing .
