Excellent location in the center. Close to tourist spots and shopping area. Quality breakfast and great view from the balcony.

Bad soundproofing. Very noisy street. Often there is no one at the reception.

Nice location in downtown, super clean, stuff will help with everything, reception is available whole day from early morning to night. Breakfast available in rooms, easy and light breakfast with eggs and juice.

So loud location, hotel is located on circle road which intersections 5-6 roads in one! We have stayed here about a week and we feel good only in middle of night, another time it's hard to be here, closed window just not protect you from street noise, unfortunately

The rooms were spacious, had balconies, comfy with great air conditioning. Towels were changed everyday. Location is central and close to many places. The breakfast served was great with yogurt, cheese, jams, tea , coffee, bread and eggs every day. Joseph at reception and Mona and Niamah in the kitchen were superb and looked after us very well.

The absence of lift is a disadvantage as the hotel is located on the first floor with rooms on second and third floor as well. So lots of stairs to climb everyday. The location being central is very noisy at night , but you get used to it. The carpets are a bit tired and need thorough cleaning. They do offer tour packages which are highly priced and can be done on your own as Uber is very cheap and all you have to do is buy the tickets of the places you want to see. Public in general tries to be overly helpful but demands money in return so be careful. There are some additional charges when booking like service tax, cleaning charges and city taxes which are not shown on the page when booking the hotel. They are added extra on top of the booking later.

I loved the location, it’s downtown close to almost everything, the balcony was very nice to chill or eat, it’s very clean, and the breakfast is decent

the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the bathroom can be improved, be aware there’s no elevator but they assist with the bags

The room itself was very clean and modern and was well cared for while there. Free breakfast was delivered to our room upon request each morning. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. A mix-up in credit card billing was corrected when I brought it to the hotel's attention after our stay. Communication prior to and after arrival was great via WhatsApp. Within walking distance of Egyptian Museum.

Don't be turned off by the undeveloped exterior and entrance into the hotel. The hotel itself is on the second floor, and then it looks and feels like a modern hotel. There is no elevator, but staff is quick to help with bags. This is on a busy Cairo square, but you can't avoid congestion anywhere in Cairo.

Cairo Inn is in Downtown. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be in a lively neighbourhood in Cairo. We also wanted to be close enough to the attractions that we wanted to go to. The hotel was clean, had a comfy bed, good air con, kettle and a fridge, which was just perfect for our 2 days visit to see Cairo. Joseph and his team were very friendly & helpful, they arranged pick up and drop off from/to the airport for $20 each way which I would recommend as Cairo airport can be chaotic.

The deco is a little dated.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. The personnel is really kind (thank you for your hospitality Eid :)). The first room we were put in was quite small for 2 people, but after we asked for change, they kindly moved us to a bigger room with a street view and a terrace. Also, when we asked to have early breakfast (7:30) they did it for us and brought it to our room.

The bedsheets looked a bit dirty and old in the first room. Also the rug in the floor seemed a bit dirty. The water in the shower got stuck. The wifi only allows you to chat and browse the internet but not to stream anything or call vía WhatsApp. The breakfast (yogurt, cornflakes, hot dot bread, jam, cream cheese, eggs and coffee) could be of a better quality and taste. They could also include some fruits.

very friendly and helpful staff, who really did try to answer all my questions and deal with any issues that came up. The bed was extremely comfortable!

the room door wouldn’t lock from the inside without someone pulling it shut from the outside. they did try to fix it but to no avail, but it did lock shut in the end. also the street outside can be a little noisy- not particularly bothersome to me, but it could annoy light sleepers.

They have excellent customer service all the staff are very cooperative and give answers for any questions that we have.

I didn't see any thing that I don't like. But I prefer if they put a chair with a small table inside the room.

It is really a wonderful experience staying at the Cairo Inn Hotel, very friendly staff and a safe hotel with a great location and a room with a balcony overlooking .. excellent breakfast and the room is very clean, new towels and clean sheets .. with a phone inside the room for easy communication with the reception.
