It was a nice stay, the hotel is clean and quiet, staff is friendly and nice, the room was clean and tidy, bathroom is good and room is quiet too i didn't hear any noise and that's meant alot to me, and the best about the hotel is the location, downtown for my opinion is the heart of cairo and you can find many interesting places around without taking and transportations, enjoy walking by through the old streets and find interesting places around for food, cafés, bars.. Also prices of the hotel is reasonable which is a good point too.

The room was really small, toilet cleanness need to be improved and floor too, small pillow covers causing extra heat and need to be replaced with cotton ones. Also one extra important point for future Egyptian nationality holder guests, if your ID or passport shows that you resident in Cairo or Giza probably the booking will be canceled for security reasons, you must be a foreigner or living in another Governorate not in Giza or Cairo, because i was asked about that when i was checking in as I'm Egyptian and the receptionist Clearfield that information for me and luckily I was not a Cairo or Giza Resident.

The location was unbelievably perfect. You shouldn't book a hotel near the pyramids because that neighbourhood is much less safe and clean than the downtown. Furthermore, you can only visit the pyramids there, whereas there are so many other things to do in the downtown. Near the pyramids in Giza, you couldn't really just take a walk in the night because there are only a few stores open and you wouldn't feel as safe as in the downtown (there are dead animal bodies on the street etc). I'm not saying that you should definitely book this particular hotel but you should definitely choose one in the downtown (Tahrir square or Talaat Harb square are especially perfect choices). I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. If you have any questions (I'm saying this because I exactly know how stressful it is to find a trustworthy hotel in Egypt, I was extremely stressed before our trip too), just text me on Facebook.

Honestly, there wasn't any serious problem with the hotel. The most of the negative comments might be negative because people often rate the Egyptian hotels as if they were European or American. You need to know that there is a huge difference between these hotels and the Western ones. But relatively (among the Egyptian hotels), I couldn't imagine a better hotel than this one, in all aspects.

The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the crazy and chaotic Talaat Harb intersection. While the access to the building where it is located may appear a bit worn and dirty (common in many areas of Cairo), once you arrive on the 2nd floor where the hotel is situated, all is well-kept and clean. The staff, particularly the bald manager, were friendly and helpful. They offer a simple but nice breakfast each morning.

Excellent welcome. All the staff are very pleasant, caring, and completely available. The rooms are clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The bathrooms and windows are new. The breakfast is generous. The price/quality ratio is good. The location is perfect, right in the center. Well done to everyone. We will be back.

The stuff was so helpful with everything and the hotel very clean and comfortable! Best location if you wanna see Cairo and live like a local! Best accommodation in downtown cairo. Talaab Harb is the prime area where everything is walking distance including restaurant, shopping mall, museum and etc. The room is large with basic amenities provided such as refrigerator, comfortable bed and large bath room.

Elevator break down occasionally due to electricity ration by the government. Breakfast is average and dont expect much. I request for coffee and have to wait almost 20 minute but the servant came to me with different order which is Tea. I dont know what are the reason presumably due to lack of english understanding. Just my 2 cents.

A nice option for a good price. Well located in Downtown (close to metro, restaurants, cafés, shops, etc). The staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast correct to start the day. The beds were comfortable. It was possible to leave the luggage during the day before our night train. I recommend it for a couple of nights if you visit Cairo, Gizah etc.
