Location. Staff and customer service was exceptional! We had the nicest and most helpful reception Hossam who helped us during our stay. He made sure everything went well for us and even helped me till uber because I was having difficulty to understand the Arabic number plates He is such an asset to the hotel. The house keeper Naura is the sweetest person ever! She made sure our breakfast was warm and it felt like it was made with love. I was rushing to go somewhere in the morning and said I would be skipping breakfast and she quickly packed a few cakes for me to eat on the way! She made sure the room was clean and we had fresh clean towels every day! The other staff were also kind and friendly! The hotel is in the middle of downtown so expect noise and a bit of chaos. But it is as Cairo as it can be. The balcony gave us a perfect place to look into the square and see Cairo in its full performance! The hotel also has amazing tours that we booked and we experienced Egypt the best possible way !

My recent stay at the Square Boutique Hotel in Cairo was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. In addition to the outstanding service, the room were a cozy and inviting ambiance, complete with a private balcony that added a special touch.

I was greeted by Esraa kindly at the very start of my arrival. The hotel is easy to find within the entrance of Tulip Hotel. Once you enter you are welcomed by friendly staff who are ready to accommodate you. I personally loved my stay even if it was somewhat short. The room is spacious and very tall, and you will find beautiful lighting within. The free breakfast is served from 8am and it is served with a generous portion and has a variety of different dishes. The people there will always ask and ensure you that you are comforted, because they treat you like family. I want to personally thank Esraa for being there everyday and greeting me with a smile. Thank you for your communication because it is always nice to talk to someone, even when you meet with them for the first time. You will find Square Boutique Hotel to be a great choice for your accommodation.

Fantastic central location. Awesome, freshly made filling breakfast. All the staff are friendly and really helpful. We got two trips arranged by the hotel, they were well priced and very rewarding.

The bathroom is a bit cramped. Also, there is constant traffic noise from the roundabout below, and the window shutters do not block it completely.

The attention from the staff was fantastic, everybody was very kind and attentive. Property was well located. The breakfast was amazing sooo delicious. Definitely 100% recommended and for sure I would come back.

Great location, just steps away from The Egyptian Museum and the main shopping centre. 3 minutes away from Pizza hot and other traditional restaurants like Abu Tarek .The rooms are clean with queen size beds, fridge closet and tea kettle. Egyptian breakfast is included with the reasonable price of the room. The view is so nice but little bit noisy if you choose the street view! The staff are so friendly specially the receptionist ( ISSRA) with her beautiful smile and warm voice And also the other staff Nora and Mohamed. Were so nice too. They will help you with anything you need immediately. They also offering tours in and outside Cairo with extra reasonable cost. The only thing I didn’t like is the elevator it wasn’t in a good shape.highly recommend for people who like to get new experiences in downtown Cairo.

A very nice place to stay in Cairo. It's near everything and right in the heart of the city. The hotel is in a 19th-century building, and it has kept its essence. The tall roofs make the rooms feel spacious and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. From a small table to a closet, a fridge, and a water heater to make yourself some tea. The bed is big and comfy. The hotel has a good internet connection, and it is peaceful with no noise to be heard, which makes for a good sleep. I need to thank the staff and show my appreciation since they were amazingly nice and welcoming. Shout out to Hossam, who is just amazing and will go above and beyond with recommendations and tips to make your time in Cairo even more enjoyable. I really had a good time at The Square since it is the kind of place that makes you feel at home. They even went the extra mile, preparing me an early breakfast before I left for the airport on my last day. I will definitely go back to Cairo, and I will definitely choose this hotel once again.

Minor details that didn't bother me at all, but I consider worth sharing: - The TV has lots of channels, all of them in Arabic (you can always watch YouTube on your computer/phone) - You need to tell them you want room service so they can clean your room. - My bathroom had a minor leakage, but they fixed it nicely. - I skipped breakfast the first day because one of the receptionists forgot to remind me that it was included (he was new). Minor inconveniences that don't affect the overall experience. All in all a perfect and pleasant stay.

The staff (Nora, Ezra and Mohammed) is very helpful and kind; they made our stay here so much better. The location is the best. Loved the Egyptian breakfast 😍😋

The windows weren’t transparent, then if you wanted to have some day light in, you had to open the window. This was inconvenient because the AC engine (which was loud) was right outside.

I was a woman traveling alone and felt very safe and comfortable here. The hotel was walking distance to the museum. The staff were very friendly. The room was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious.
