I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and this has to be one of the most satisfying experience for me. Eileen checked all the boxes you need in your stay. Don't get distracted by the location from outside as its in the bustling streets of Tehrir square. The feel is of a french hotel and once you enter you will realize it is more than a 4 star property. As soon as I checked in I was offered a welcome drink which was amazing. I took a family room and it was quite big for 3 people. The rooms was exceptional and their services are top notch. The USP lies in the staff of Eileen. Rawan welcomed us with her warm gesture and she even provided me with some money as my ATM was not working. This is an exceptional service from their side. Abdul rehman is a gem of a person and he can help you with anything you need. During breakfast Fedi helped us with anything we need. During my checkout time, Ahmed arranged the breakfast at 6:30 am for me which was like WOW. I am grateful to you ahmed and abdul rehman. This brings a lot of egyptian culture which is welcoming. I must say Eileen is a well organized unit of stafff who are managing the show. Whether it is room service, or rooms, or food, everything collates to a deserving experience. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the heart of the city as the egyptian museum or many places are nearby or at walking distance. I explore cafes and shwarmas nearby which were at walking distance.

I liked everything so I have nothing negative from my side. If lightings in the room can be better it would be great otherwise no complaints.

Modern hotel, ideally located in the central parts of Cairo, very clean with welcoming staff which is willing to facilitate you and help you out with anything, to make your stay more comfortable. All the staff spoke good English, the open buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice. The rooms were cleaned regularly and were very quiet with comfortable beds and modern design and furniture.

Slight improvements, the breakfast buffet was always served in plates covered with plastic foil which made taking the food a bit difficult, perhaps an alternative can be offered, additionally people at the reception were sometimes listening to Koranic prayers or readings on loud speaker, which is not okay. Guests were forced to hear that too. Receptionists should try to use headphones. Other that that the hotel is modern, staff welcoming and cheerful and the place is quiet, clean and perfectly located in the central area close to all things.

If you’re still deciding whether or not to stay at this hotel, stop searching for other places in Cairo! This is hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my trip, especially compared to other boutique hotels in the city. I booked the King Room with a jacuzzi, and it was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The only minor issue I encountered was that the room was a bit cold at first since the air conditioner was aimed directly at the bed, and I was given a thin blanket. However, they quickly provided a comforter, which was perfect. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, offering plenty of helpful information for my trip. I would like to give special thanks to Medo, the barista, for his excellent service, and to Abdelrahman at the reception for taking great care of me as a solo female traveler. The manager was always around, ensuring all guests felt comfortable and safe, which really added to the experience. One fantastic bonus is that the hotel owner also runs a travel agency. If you ever feel lost or need help planning activities in Egypt, they offer a wide range of tours and trips to make your stay even better. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Cairo. Worth every penny!

Very central location in downtown, close to 2 metro stations, lots of restaurants around (the Italian next door is especially good). And at the same time very clean rooms, you can have your (big) breakfast on the balcony, and the staff and manager are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again, thanks a lot dear Eileen-Team!

Reasonable stay for reasonable price in central Cairo. Photos are better then reality, but overal it worth his 8.5 rating. Clean bed linen, hot water in shower, conditioneer works properly and quiet, many electric sockets. Wifi is good, but unstable. Breakfast is good and variable. Elevator to sixth floor, where hotel is, works properly and fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Safe and interesting surrounds.

Windows are decoration only (photo), so noise from street have not a barriers. Earplugs are useful. Water splashing all arround after taking shower, because there is no cabin. Despite of booking, payment, informing about arrival, room wasn‘t ready even at 9 PM, so we waited until 11 PM.

This is my second time to stay in this beautiful 😍 hotel located in downtown Cairo. Extremely friendly staff, charming atmosphere and the best location. They make you feel like you are a member of their family.

Ahmed at the reception was really good, he was kind and helped us a lot. All the staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was good and clean and also the breakfast was really good. Nothing to complain about.

The complementary breakfast was nice and the rooms were well-furnished and comfortable. The main positive feature of this hotel is the excellent staff. Notably, Abdelrahman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help with us purchasing tickets for transportation to prepare us for the rest of our trip in Egypt, even though he did not have to. This man stayed up late just to help my friend and I - we are forever grateful for his sacrificed sleep.

We booked two single beds, but upon arrival they had given this room to other travelers which forced us to take a double bed. Although a minor inconvenience, it would be better that they honour their room allocations in future.

The location was really good for getting to different places in and around Cairo. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all really friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Downtown Cairo!

The only thing that was different to what we thought was that the hot tub is only available in the king room but that wasn't a big deal

Very nice hotel in the city center. Rooms are clean, with all the services you may need (nice terrace too where you can have fruit cocktails in the hot evenings). Good breakfast. The staff is kind and helpful; they are always there to help whatever you ask for. Great appreciation for Mohamed, the manager, who helped us finding tickets for the Museum and Citadel and then supported us trying to find a restaurant for our last night in Cairo. If you are searching for relax, professionalism and good position, this is the way!
