Location, staff, clean place This stay exceed my expectations . Both Adham at reception and Michael the manager both extremely friendly. Adham was always helpful and helping with whatever was needed. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every single day Nd felt very safe staying here. The location is good just few minutes walk to the Egyptian museum. Thanks a million for hosting us

i liked the place of the hotel and was really capebale to reache everything i was needing, considiring it was in the heart of the capitale, and in the other side the staff, YASSER, MOHAMED, ETC. they were so much nice and warm people mashallah, and always doing their best t make you feel the egyptian kindness, and u can always ask them for directions or anything u need, alwats helpful, so i really enjoyed my staying there for more than 25 days, and i really recommended this place espiaclly if you r looking for something cheap and comfortabale and the same time in the middle of the city.

Good evening from Cyprus. I will be totally honest and I will describe the things the things right in the way they were. First of all , if you go on holiday paying a small price for your accommodation, do not expect to sleep in a golden pyramid. Come on, people. I went to New One Season Hotel to enjoy,to have a bed to sleep and hot water to make a good shower. Well , the conditions were unbelievable good. The rooms are nice, very well cleaned, and the bed is very comfortable. I saw one review before in which it was specified that there was hot water. Totally not true. The water was very hot . I would like to mention mr Michael, the boss. He is very friendly and helpful. Besides, if you need a trip to the pyramids, or a boat trip or whatever you need, just ask him and he will fix everything. He helped me a lot Also, I would like to mention Mohamed ( the receptionist) . He is very well mannered, polite, friendly and helpful. I think that sometimes the hotel stars are given by the staff and , considering this, I would give 5 stars out of five to One season hotel. Congratulations, Mr Michael and bravo Mohamed. You are the best. I totally recommend this hotel. Thank you , guys for making my holiday lovely

The hotel was convenient and well-priced in downtown Cairo. Most of the staff were helpful and my room was comfortable and quiet. The shared bathroom was as expected.

It is centrally located. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days and wish to explore the city, this is by far one of the most convenient places.

Location is great. The kids working there are very nice and helpful- even though there was one, tall and well-built, who was a bit too nice, hitting on my girlfriend. Slow down, Casanova: not the place and or crowd!

The breakfast is a joke; no coffee, just lots of bread, and we asked for it before 8 before going on a tour and we were told it hadn't arrived. The building and the stairs are so dirty. The elevator doesn't always work. Cleanliness is an issue in the room, its carpet, the bathroom. The latter was kind of blocked and I had to rearrange a mass of hair in the drain so the water from showering would stream down.
