I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Cairo, and I had a really pleasant experience! The staff were super lovely and helpful from the moment I arrived. I noticed there was no water heater in my room, so I asked for one—and to my surprise, they brought it to me within just 5 minutes. Amazing service! I also discovered a small shared kitchen with a microwave, which was really convenient for heating my meals. The bed was incredibly comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. And speaking of the city—the location couldn’t have been better! Right in the center of Cairo, with metro stations nearby, it was easy to get around and explore. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and kind staff in the heart of Cairo !

I liked it as my experience walking into the city was very easy because of the Hostel central location , Staff helped me a lot with directions to the main attractions , breakfast was good too , very good Value hotel .

The best is the location of the hotel which was central Infront of the Cinema and besides the best restaurants and groceries , room cleanesss and cleaning products in bathroom which was super clean too . Nice people there welcome me upon arrival and helped me with directions to places I liked to go to . Highly recommended .

Great hotel in the middle of the action. Close to all the renowned shaorma eateries and restaurants and caffees. There us some noise from the main street so bring ear-plugs with. Also Egyptian Museum close nearby.

The reservation with new panorama palace hotel was very good choice that is why I always book to stay while visiting cairo , for the central location , clean good price room and helpful & friendly staff .
