I stayed 9 nights at the Columbia hotel at Talaat Harb street, downtown Cairo. I really enjoyed my stay there. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks to all of you. The room I stayed in (room 9) was bright, clean and comfortable. Also the bed sheets and towels were clean. The room had a modern good working air-conditioning system, satellite television with about 1000 channels (choose your favourite :-) ), a clean modern fridge and the wifi signal was during my whole stay stable and strong (very important). The bathroom was spacious and hot water to shower was always available, day and night. A table and 2 chairs was also in the room which I explicitly asked for as I also had some work to do. The location is really in the center of downtown so everything you need is available in the shops nearby and there are also several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Tahrir Square is a 10 minutes walk. So really nothing to complain and I will certainly come back to the Columbia hotel on a next trip to Cairo.

The hotel in downtown but it's very quite and comfortable Offers traditional breakfast, fuul and Falafel The Hotel Location is very good in downtown, near to metro station 6 min. near to famous restaurants and coffeeshops. near to Local market . Noora Noor and the young guy: the Stuffs are very polite and helpful

Rooms could use slippers. Bath cabinet could be bit cleaner (was bit smelly to me). You will need to have ur own shampoo and conditioner. But for the money and compared to other residencies with same price range, this hotel is the best.

Hotel is located in an old building on the 6th floor,but it's renovated. Staff was always very kind, they tried to serve us in the best way they could. 🙂 Breakfast was really nice and was served in our nice and clean rooms. Hotel's location was perfect.

Our room's shower didn't have any curtains and sometimes there was a bad smell from the drains. During the 5 days we stayed there was not cleaned. Internet's connection wasn't that strong (of someone needs to work)
