small room but very cute, bathroom all in one with the sink, toilet, and shower head over the toilet so make sure to remove the toilet paper before turning on the shower. the ac is strong so that was great and the staff was exceptionally nice especially the guy who greeted me. the visa machine wasn't working so i couldn't pay for my stay the first night so i gave him my passport to hold on to and he reassured me nothing would happen to it. while i came back in a rush to pack and leave as i was out all night and my flight was at 5am, he asked if i needed any help with packing or carrying my bags. very kind worker i wish i remembered his name!

As a foreigner who spent 18 nights at Paradise Boutique hotel, I absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone who cares to read! Everyone was friendly, the room looked nice and clean, the food wasn’t half bad, and the service was excellent. I had a really peaceful time. Grateful to the staff and everyone involved in management for the experience. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Egypt. Great place on a budget too!

1. The hotel may appear hidden at first because of its location. 2. The elevator is pretty scary the first time you use it, but you get used to it. 3. No room service (for cleaning and changing bed spreads) unless you ask for one. Not really a problem for me because I like my privacy and generally don’t like to be disturbed. I asked when I needed. 4. No bins in public areas. Notwithstanding, these things do not mar what was a pleasurable experience. They can be easily resolved/overlooked, in my opinion.

I have been to Cairo many times, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at. It's my new "go to" hotel .when I am in Cairo I would give it 5 stars if I could Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff is warm, helpful, friendly, genuine, and welcoming. The front desk staff is happy to help you with anything you need -from arranging Tours or taxis or recommending restaurants. We had prearranged for their complimentary car service to meet us at the airport (inc. with our room package), and the driver was on time, waiting for us when we landed. We had a smooth ride to the hotel, and our rooms were ready .for us when we got there. Check in was a breeze The hotel itself s beautiful. The location is perfect - on a side street off the main Big street of 26 of July, central to everything-close to Egyptian Meusum, Metro stops, Rail way Station etc. This lovely boutique hotel is not too big and not too small-just right- and the rooms are beautiful and quiet. The spot is on the top floor of a building downtown. The rooms are newly renovated, fresh, with .comfortable beds and spotless clean They helped us out with our tour planning considering our time and budget showing us many options, which .was really nice They can help you out with tour recommendation not only for Cairo but for the whole country (it can be helpful if you are considering going to the Red Sea, The Nile river, Alexandria, Aswan, Luxor, etc, and don't .really know how to do it) Friendly staff, comfy bed and a great location at a !good price. We definetely recommend

The place was so good really I enjoyed the stay here Everything was organized the room , the cleaning of the housing , the stuff including the reception were treating me so well I loved The place was so close from everything the restaurants , the touristic places like museum everything really was special about this place This is my first time to be with them an won't be the last ♥️

For breakfast they made a plate for me, really quite good. I had some serious problems with my tour I had set up and they were quick to help make other arrangements, offered solutions. Gave me a piece of cake because I was sad, really nice. Gave me water, made calls for me. Really Great, thanks to all there. Location was great, close to shopping and subway train and Egyptian museum

The best thing i faced is staff , especially ( AHMED HANY ), is so cooperative, smiley, comfortable and easy to discuss with. Rooms i booked are clean, breakfast is delicious. It was comfortable staying with hotel staff.

The little noise coming from outside , but it is normal in cairo and u will get used on it.

The Receptionist when made check in not welcoming nor smile nor helpful for my luggage. Even if when return back to take my luggage in the evening he told me here your luggage you can take it. As hospitality he can take it to the reception to bring it really so rude this one.

I liked the place so much .. the reception was so helpful and kind with me , the room was cleaned and they got a coffee tray as a gift to me that was so sweet , even their breakfast is so delicious 😋 this was my second time to be in this hotel and I will repeat it again ♥️

The staff was always very helpful and friendly.it did not matter the time but they have immediately solved the problem.i was very surprised and very happy.fir the price we paid we got very reasonable and very good service.
