The bed was good, room was clean. Reseption lady was really helpful and nice.
Shower water was cold. Room was tiny. Entrance to the hotel was dirty, but there was some kind of renovation going on. Sign to the hotel was little bit hard to find and there was no sign what floor our hotel was.. it was on the 5th floor.

The locution of it is so near of everything u need, you can see the real people of Cairo around you here and all the classic life of Cairo The interior of the room was so good and clean (VERY CLEAN) Stuff si helpful here and welcomed 👍🏼
The extiror of the hotel and the elevator needs to be updated and make it attractive and clean

Comfortable room. Very clean Small breakfast Lovely vibe in an and out of the hotel. Very central location - easy access to all parts of the city Perfect place for on the go, back packers. Solo travellers!

Wonderful and clean hotel, comfortable stay, the location of the hotel is close to Tahrir Square, restaurants and the subway, and the staff is very nice and helpful

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is excellent, close to everything, the place is comfortable, the cleanliness is high, and the response to requests is very fast The reception and all the hotel staff are wonderful and the smile does not leave them and they help you with everything and there is a commitment from everyone to provide the best service and this indicates the presence of strong and excellent management and the food is varied I liked the hotel's location and cleanliness, and I was very pleased with the manager Andro's treatment, a respectable person who tried in various ways to help.

Perfect location. Kind considerate staff especially manager marco. Making our stay at tourist palace hotel memorable Booking the tour guy was unforgettable day great experience Breakfast is nice and we enjoyed a lot I can’t express my gratitude to you all. For making our trip to Cairo comfortable. Thanks guys

Great location close to the center. Rooms were very clean!
The street and the entrance to the hotel needs cleaning! And a sign with hotels name it would be nice for tourist who come alone with a taxi !
