The management of the hotel housekeeping really gave excellent support, especially as had a family member recovering from having had surgery here in Cairo.

Peaceful and neat rooms, good wifi, clean toilets. Good pricing.

On the lighter side the elevator was a little scary at first, but I got used to it.

The room was spacious and good. The breakfast is one of the best I had in a touristic hotel in Egypt. Good selection and the manager was very helpful. The location is very close to airport and city sightseeing if that is what you are looking for. We just had 1 day before flying back so booked here to do go around Cairo. It is probably far away to watch the pyramids.

The floor was a bit sticky. Not sure if it was because they just cleaned when we arrived. The hotel is close to the road. So you can hear the vehicles moving and honking.

The room is Very Good and the location is so perfect near every place in Cairo

The room was large with good furniture. The staff was so cool and helped us with a reservation issue. They are really nice and helpful with their customers. The room service is excellent and the prices are really cheap. You can either access a cafe next to the hotel with a good standard. I really recommend this hotel

Perfect location, good restaurant, helpful staff and cleanness.

The room was clean with a lot of space, and the staff were very accommodating and professional. We arrived earlier than expected and we did not have to wait long for our room at all.

There’s not much we didn’t like about the property, just that the building is very easy to miss because it doesn’t look like a hotel on the outside, and the sign is on top of the building and difficult to see by car.

Staff especially the bell boy Mr. Mufeed was very cooperative and polite. Room was spacious and clean.

The room service was slow during peak hours(evening). The elevators were not very clean . Breakfast juice was not fresh orange juice .

Breakfast was good but you can also order at the restaurant for lunch or dinner at affordable prices. I like the staff although language barrier could not communicate with some. Value for money but on a major high street really busy area. Clean rooms and hospitality was great. Wifi very good housekeeping was also on point.

Not enough sockets in the room and restaurant needs a fly catcher and toaster butter should be added to the menu.
