Great value for money. The location is good, safe, and close to everything—restaurants, shops, and services. The hotel is clean, with good housekeeping and room service. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked well after requesting maintenance. The reception is available 24/7, access is easy, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The internet connection was weak, but I was able to use my personal mobile data as an alternative. Some staff members could be more polite and courteous. There was some street noise in the room during the morning hours, but it was quiet in the evening. Better soundproofing on the windows might help, although the noise did not personally bother me.

My room on the 11th floor was excellent. not on a sunny side, I did not even need to use AC.

That there is no non-smoking area in the lobby. I met my colleagues downstairs, both Egyptian and from my country, and I could not normally breath as many smokers were sitting around.

The front facing rooms are good with a nice view from the balcony. Should one get a room, better to take higher floor and front facing. The hotel does accept $ or EGP as the room tariff and it's comfortable for travelers from other countries. Even the hotel does have cash exchange at the reception for almost close to bank price (not exactly).

The location is ok for uber services but this is not close to any touristic spots, except commuting distance from Khan el khalili and Salah el din citadel. Giza pyramids are quite far. The food served in breakfast is not great and they don't change any menu and it's quite boring to see the same stuff, every day. The internet doesn't reach the room properly and only available in common lobby, comfortably.

It was a clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. The staff made a tremendous effort to make you feel comfortable. Especially the lady from housekeeping, Mirvat, was very friendly and helpful. We had clean, comfortable beds and a spacious room.

The breakfast is fine if you're Egyptian. Unfortunately, there wasn't much for us. Perhaps a more continental breakfast?

I liked the "welcome" of the Front Office Team, especially Mrs Mariam (if I am correct) she was very professional & helpful, as well as Mrs. Mounira, HouseKeeper at my 11th floor, she was extremely good & caring. I don't want to forget all the F&B young staff members who were also very prompt & good at what they were doing. I really like the hotel & will certainly make it my next stay in Cairo. The hotel needs an immediate renovation . Shower faucet was Brocken, over all a great place to stay at but need the attentions of the owner.

when you try to find it in the iphone map Hotel Royal Marshal, It is in different location… you have to use the address precisely. ( El Khalifa El Maamoun Street ) so you wont get lost .

Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Location convenient for places we needed to reach, but the surrounding main roads were problematic. Staff were helpful. Situation not far from the airport.
