Location: close to airport but also close to amenities. Most important, it is neighbor to City Stars Mall where you can find everything you need. Room: above average in size, very comfortable bed, clean, good TV channels But rooms do need updating. Staff: Most are really nice. Several of the reception guys were very helpful.. one or two of them.. not so much Expensive for sure... but so is Egypt generally now! I like them so I's rather give them my money than any other hotel.

Rooms need some updating, particularly bathrooms. A couple of reception staff were not particularly friendly.

Location was good close to mall.

Reception staff made us wait to solve a mini bar issue, insisting that we had eaten a chocolate, in actual fact we never touched any items from the mini bar. They could have handled the situation better and saved us time of our airport taxi waiting. They were also not apologetic about their mistake afterwards. Made us stand and wait to get a good ahead of check out.

I was really surprised by the quality, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The access to the intercontinental hotel facilities next door was unbeatable. It was like I was staying in a gigantic hotel with all amenities. Excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very thoughtfully selected and well laid out. No complaints at all. I would stay in this property again.

Would have been great if I had a mini fridge in the room and also missing was room service.

The location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants in the hotel and the hotel is connected with the city star mall and you can find many restaurants and ifbyou are interesting with shopping you find many of brand shops in the city star mall.

The windo not soundproof, and you can hear noise (cars and people walking in the street)from the street.

The hotel is located very close to Cairo Airport. There is a shopping mall right next door and there are plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes walk.

Sometimes I could smell smoke from cigarettes in the toilet even though I had a non-smoking room.
