The Receptionist Mr . Alaa was very friendly and professional . He Even upgraded me to a suite . Nice and comfortable Hotel

Getting hold of room service was a bit stressful . They weee not picking their coms.

I found that the location was perfect for my stay and met my expectations which are: plenty of restaurants within walking distance, one huge shopping mall again within walking distance although need to be careful how to cross the road since there are no traffic lights installed. Hospital next to the hotel and airport and city centre are just 10-15 minutes away so perfect hotel.

My room was quite nice and had everything I needed. But for sure it needs one thing - the room carpet requires a heavy deep clean. The carpet is crying for a deep wash

I was impressed by several aspects during my stay at the hotel. Most notably, the cleanliness of the room and the quality of its furnishings, as the beds were comfortable and the furniture was elegant. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the lighting arrangements and the high-quality hospitality amenities. The shared facilities, like the gym and the swimming pool, were clean and well-organized. Overall, I admired the interior design of the hotel and the staff’s commitment to ensuring guest comfort.

Although my stay was generally comfortable, there were a few remarks. The internet service was very poor, which affected my ability to complete some tasks. Additionally, the staff member (Jehad) at the front desk did not fulfill the promises made to me, unlike the rest of the team who were notably fast and professional especially During my stay, Ms. Yara stood out for her excellent performance and her kind interaction with everyone. She was highly organized in her work, quick to respond to any changes, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism in completing her tasks. Nevertheless, my overall experience at the hotel remained good.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to the airport, with several restaurants adjacent to the property. The City Center Mall is very close, within walking distance but you might be taking your life in your hands crossing the busy road to get there.

It’s a dry property & so are all the restaurants nearby meaning no beer, wine or alcohol is served. We did however order a bottle of wine from Drinkies, the hotel staff facilitated this order. The room was nice but in need of updating. Recent repairs in the bathroom were very poorly done.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially thank Manar and Omar at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with big smiles and made me feel at home. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, especially when I had some issues renewing my booking-they made the process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. also want to thank Fatima Salah and Mohamed Yassin from housekeeping for their excellent service. They always greeted me with a smile and kept everything clean and comfortable. Whenever needed something, both the reception and housekeeping responded quickly and kindly. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable!

A beautiful hotel, especially for families. Excellent location in Nasr City, near City Stars Mall, and most of the shops and cafes. The place is very safe, the staff are extremely cooperative. Mr. Omar El Gendy, Ms. Manar, Ahmed, Omar, Ahmed El Aswany, and Islam are at your service, and they are all wonderful, which makes your vacation wonderful.

Need to provide room breakfast service for those who cant meet the breakfast buffet timing because of health or certain circumstances.

Everything from. A to Z was really good. I was on the 9th floor, room 929 and The housekeeping Mohammed Yaseen was excellent with great communication and made us feel at home. The guest relations Rana was also polite and helpful with room calls to.ask if our stay was good and I we needed anything and also came in person to see us. The staff in the arco Lounge were fantastic Mr Islam with great English and interesting football discussions on the Premier League along with waiter Romany very good and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and filling. No problems with money exchange from the ATM available in the lobby. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The stay exceeded all my expectations! It was perfect, with a delightful amazing breakfast and a fantastic, attentive team that was always ready to assist. The room was wonderful—I especially loved the comfortable sheets, the view, and the thoughtful amenities. The air conditioning was excellent and absolutely essential. I would definitely return! I really loved the location. It was really easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of options on offer.

The facilities had massage and spa services listed and this wasn’t offered when we arrived. They did not have these facilities. Just an outdoor family pool and a steam room + gym.

the location is good . the room is small but clear . the housekeeper fatma in floor 9 was really nice. I was very ill and she took care of me like a sister . thanks for her . she make me feel like home .
