The staff were very attentive and helpful. The pick up from the airport was very straightforward and they proactively asked me about if I needed it for the way back to the airport. It was ready and waiting for me when I needed to leave. I had a very nice simple meal at the restaurant in the evening. I was leaving too early to eat breakfast at the hotel, but they gave me a huge packed breakfast which was great. It lasted me two days!!

The environment is very dated, as is clear from the pictures, and would benefit from being updated, but it was all functional and comfortable so worked well for me for a one night stay.

The location is convenient to get to and from the airport, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice as well. Overall a great place stay if you want to avoid airport traffic, it's close to the metro as well and around the corner from a nice courtyard with restaurants to eat in. The free car to the airport is also nice.

We booked a "Double Room" on Booking.com but somehow the hotel had us written down for a single occupancy in the room. They charged us an extra $25 as there were 2 of us. I think it was just a miscommunication between Booking's website and how the hotel actually does things, but it was a stressful note to end our stay on, particularly as the hotel did not bring it to our attention until we were leaving for the airport. Otherwise no complaints.

Personnel makes a difference and cannot be overlooked. All the personnel at Beirut Hotel Cairo were exceptional. They are friends and hopefully become a part of my traveling family!

Shuttle to the hotel was a little late but not a bit problem.

For a Hotel of this medium price range it was extraordinarily good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and breakfast is good. Also the location is great. For a city trip it’s perfect!

The reception area is depressing and urgently needs upgrade to the lighting and removal of the ugly old wooden vetrines.

The breakfast bar had a good variety of options. The staff was super helpful. After I checked out, they were willing to store my luggage for a few hours until I needed to come back and get it for my flight.

We loved being there, it felt like home. Very cozy, small, great location. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Rami and Michael and the ladies at reception. :)
