I had a truly pleasant stay at Golden Carven. The property was clean, modern, and recently renovated, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere throughout. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely welcomed. A big thank you to Walaa and Fatima from housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. I’d also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mostafa, the bellman, for his warm assistance, and to Mr. Mina from the front office for his kind and supportive service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and eager to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I wish the internet was faster. Also, the elevator wasn't working on my floor but they promised to be fixed and maintained. if they just solve these 2 points they would be rated as perfect 10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean every single day, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the hotel is located on a very quiet street, ensuring peaceful nights. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained accommodation.

Excellent location. Friendly staff especially George in reception, he was nice and helpful. Also Rasha and her colleague in room service. Small rooms but clean and good for the price. They have a nice bar downstairs and a nice rooftop upstairs.

Breakfast needs a little update. Hotel street is tiny. Bathroom always smelled something bad, don’t know why even when it was clean. Mattress of bed is so hard.

Very clean, neat, and quiet hotel. In a quiet area, close to everything: airport, shops, restaurants nearby. It has a,restaurant and coffee shop. Rooms and bathrooms are pretty clean and has all the amenities. Nice , obliging staff. Laundry and taxi services available. Good for budget travelers. Highly attractive, competitive rates.

Hotel was super clean , staff was friendly and really helpful The room I asked for was as excepted and cozy Tv had Netflix service as well When I asked for room service they responded right away, I asked for my blouse to be ironed and ready ASAP and they made that happen in 15 minutes I'm really satisfied for the treatment and response from staff as a whole ( reception, security , room service, bellhop) Check in and check out was smooth with no trouble

I booked 2 times in Golden Carven Hotel. It was super perfect when we landed with the whole family in a suite and the 2nd time was also great in a room with my Bro only but the Water heater in the wash room was not perfectly working and the water goes cold in 10 mins during wash. I could have requested help and I have no doubt that they would fix it immediately but I was super busy in a short trip.

All in all a great place to stay, zentral but quiet location, the beds are comfortable, the rooms clean, there is a bar on the rooftoop in case you want to meet with friends in the evening. We didn't try the breakfast

Unfortunatly the WiFi Connection was really slow.

The staff was super nice, they spoke English which to me is important. I felt comfortable. The place was clean and got cleaned regularly. I have no negative comments, it was exactly what i was aiming for. A calm place, the room was dark which is good for sleep quality and the AC was nice
