Some staff can’t speak English and make miss communication happen. Should in the hotel staff should know to speak English. Disappointed off some staff call to change the towel take times to come even they just cleaning next room.order food from hotel restaurant take 5 hours and when call back he don’t understand English well.he should call back to confirm or come to room to ask what the menu i want if he can’t speak English.during order when i ask can you speak English he says ye understand. But see 5 hours to get my food to my room after 3rd times i call. Breakfast menu should change everday and make variety menu.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but nice Egyptian style breakfast. Huge swimming pool with allocated staff for monitoring safety. Very close to a huge and famous shopping mall (so lots of food options if you don’t mind mall crowds). Very close to the airport (20 minutes cab ride).

The building is a bit worn down. The area is very built up with old buildings (not very scenic). You’re not allowed to bring outside food to the hotel. Next door building has a restaurant with live music so can be very loud till quite late.

The entire experience was exceptional, starting from the warm welcome at reception to the beautifully upgraded room with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

One minor issue was that I couldn't find a towel by the pool, and the lifeguard informed me that they were all distributed and none were available.

Children with their families make a lot of noise especially at breakfast time they move a lot an disturbe the guests.Also the swimming pool users making a lot of noise.

Everything was really nice and easy. Having access to the pool was a good thing too.

The policy of no food allowed in the room except from the hotel itself which was too much.

It was a short business trip for my son and this hotel was the best place to stay - great location, comfortable room with all the facilities, nice breakfast and the most important is a professional, attentive and careful stuff. Definitely will recommend it to all the friends 👍

I thank all staff at the Hotel, and specially the staff at reception, I hope I would have time to stay longer time. However, the Hotel will be my first option all time in future.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi has misconnection, but in general that's great.

I liked almost everything. The room is clean and big. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant staff are very polite, kind and helpful.

I felt that the reception staff and the staff who help with carrying bags were unfriendly and did not smile at the guests.

The pillows covers I think they didn't change them before I checked in because they smell bad, and also the toilet had some poop stains. The shower gel, the shampoo and the conditioner were already opened and used.
