I was there 3 nights on February 20-22 but missed all breakfasts and left at 4am so can’t comment or complain. if I would write my own, I would say exactly the same words as elidezz (thanks a lot for letting me to use your words and I confirm each word) so I’m just copy and paste: Great little hotel for a reasonable price. Not luxury by any means, but clean, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower, with great little amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, loofa sponge, etc. People were very nice and welcoming. Even had bathroom slippers! Didn’t have the breakfast as I was leaving at 5am, so cannot comment on that. Even at that hour, someone was up to take my key card. Good value for money.

The property was very convenient with many amenities available and only 1km walk to one of Cairo’s largest shopping malls “citystars”. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean which is one of my main priorities. The water pressure in the shower was amazing which is very rare in Cairo.

There is nothing I didn’t like but I think if there was a washing machine on the property that guests could use, I would have happily paid to do my own laundry if a washing machine was available.

What a fabulous place to stay if you are catching or coming from a flight in Cairo. It's only about 15-20 minutes taxi/ubber ride. The price is very reasonable compared to hotels right near the airport. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They helped get our luggage upstairs (only one floor) and we were greeted with a cold drink. The room was spotless, with a huge bed, toiletries, slippers, tea and coffee and a kettle. There are a couple of restaurants right across the road and a grocery store almost next door. I recommend staying here.

I liked everything. Just as a note...This hotel under Google Maps is called Royal Inn Hotel but on Booking .Com it is called Royal Inn Residence. Royal Inn Residence is at a different address so make sure you check you are going to the right place.

Friendly staff, great location, loofa sponge a plus, for those who need, a toothbrush and toothpaste. Very good value for money. If that’s the area you need to be in, then nice off center street. A lot of shops and restaurants all walking distance. This is by no means a luxury property, but good value for money. I just needed a one night stay as I was leaving super early in the morning. Also convenient for airport. For tourism, better to dtay cliser to city center. And despite the bed and pillows being very hard, I slept well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, made me feel at home. Great location, not at the centre of Cairo but close to many shopping centres, bus routes, etc. The hotel breakfast was optional and there were many other places nearby where one could find cheaper breakfasts.

The wifi in the room was fine most of the time but sometimes not working for some minutes, and the room itself had only beds but no chair or desk. However, the breakfast area made an excellent work space when necessary.

I usually stay around downtown Cairo, this was my first time staying in Nasir city. I totally enjoyed everything and I like the hotel location, it’s a very nice neighborhood with a lot of different food and drinks options! You are a walkable destinies to one of Cairo’s most popular food court and shopping malls, city stars!! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience normal Egyptian culture and daily life! The stuff are amazing and easy to get along with them specially Nour the ones who can work around the clock to make sure that you having a comfortable time! By the way I forgot to mention that they probably have the most delicious breakfast and well done coffee! I am absolutely coming back for this hotel!!!

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was small, but clean and had everything we needed. It was close to some malls and to the airport which was a short ride by taxi.

When we booked, we kept on getting notifications from the hotel via Booking.com that we had to click on a link to verify our credit card, but then we would receive other messages from the hotel also via Booking.com saying that we should ignore these messages as they are from scammers. It was very confusing and I can only think that shifty hotel staff inserted the credit card verification scam when the account for the hotel on Booking.com was created. The other difficulty was that the hotel advertised a shuttle service which doesn't exist. The staff were kind and called a taxi for us instead, but they need to take the airport shuttle service off of their listing.

Bed was a bit too hard for our liking but not an issue. Window didn't lock and no safe in the room. On a weird crowded road.

My experience was excellent, as for the cost, it was very, very suitable for the stay and the service available in the hotel and the room. The bathroom is also equipped with personal items, for private use only once, and this is something very excellent. The room size was adequate and spacious Room clean and always smelling nice Smart screen available and internet speed is very, very good I thank you and recommend it to my friends with all confidence and experience
