The friendliness of the staff and the wide variety of food for breakfasts

The location was terrible. There was nowhere you could walk near the hotel. It is plunked right in the middle of one of the busiest highways in Cairo. If you happened to be given a room in the direction of the highway, too bad. The noise was constant. We estimated that at least 800 vehicles per minute passed just outside our window. When no real on-site dinner was available, we were forced to travel to some restaurant twenty minutes away. Also it is located at least 30 minutes away from most tourist sites.

Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful. We had two family suites. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service offers pretty good food.

Breakfast was not very good despite the large variety of food. Waiting time at the reception was long. Reception was not helpful enough when we ordered food from outside. Internet was spotty and not reliable.Not acceptable for a suite guest. I ordered food from room service for 6 guests. The kids dropped one of the plates. They proposed to prepare the food again for the dropped plate but only if I pay again. This is a very cheap behavior toward a guest who paid for two large family suites and ordered massive room service meals. Same comment when we requested extended checkout, the reception should have show more flexibility depending on the guest. I went to another hotel after that during my stay, and the service was definitely superior on this regard.

First and foremost, the location is in a beautiful part of the city. The drive is very easy to get to downtown and it is close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They upgraded me 2 times to an executive suit. Which is why I came back a second time. Ahmed at the front desk was very helpful and spoke English which helped. Youstina The guest relation specialist called and made sure my stay was comfortable and if I needed anything to contact her at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming from abroad. Ps the food was really good too.

The room was clean and spacious. Tv had limited channels but was working well. Bathroom was clean, shower was of a good standard. Had kettle and water bottles in the room. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff were friendly. Wael in the restaurant was very helpful and accommodating. Tahir who cleaned our room was helpful too. Yousef at reception was friendly.

The hotel has maintenance work, which meant the entrance was far away to our building. It was a long walk out to the exit each time. It would have been nice to be made aware of this especially having a disabled person staying there.

Our room got upgraded. The hotel is close to CAI airport, in a nice and secure area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, while entering the hotel, I dropped a significant amount of money by mistake, and they chased me until they returned the money, which displays the integrity of the hotel staff. The room service menu was as affordable as the prices in average restaurants outside, something I didn't see in five-star ranked hotels. And yeah, the beds were super comfy."

The hotel is relatively old, but it's not something that deters me. I would recommend having noise-canceling windows installed, as main street cars can be noisy at times

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and shower had easy disabled access. Special mention to the kitchen staff, Amir and the team, Youstina and Maryan at customer relations were helpful and Karam at house keeping was amazing!

The exchange machine at the hotel was working only once during our stay and the food at breakfast may need a bit of changing in variety

Staff members are super nice and very helpful. Although I was there for work and did not manage to enjoy everything as I wanted, I can say the location is very accessible and close to good restaurants and it is about 15 min driving or by taxi from the downtown and some of the historical landmarks (khan el khalili and Baron Palace..) Also, the hotel itself has a nice restaurant with quality food, pool and gym.

Street is noisy

The place is just stunning! Clean, quiet place. The food is delicious! All the staff are very friendly and professional! Admiring the housekeeping team! They’re always ready to clean our mess with smile on the face The reception staff provided great service!

Tue beach. Is rocky and the beach staff not allowed the guests to swim, even we had beach shoes.You can use only the platform which is quite uncomfortable because is not enough space for everybody and most of the people sitting on the stairs and we can’t reach the water actually.

location is close to airport, breakfast has too many items but same everyday, balcony, laundry request attended on request.

staff (except the front desk) does not speak or understand english at all, needs to change the breakfast menu everyday, more english TV channels needed. house keeping staff missed the room cleaning, laundry service is too slow.
