Everything was perfect. The staff is very professional and attentive to the well-being of the guests. A big thank you to the hotel’s customer service team, to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work, and to Mr. Mahamed Abdi Alzaher, who greatly assisted us with his helpful advice during our stay. The establishment is located in a quiet area near the airport — ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from the noise of the city. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. Finally the reception staff were efficient and quick during both check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and pleasant. I’ll stay at this hotel again if I return to Cairo.

Near to the airport, all in all gentile people, good restaurant

After we arrived, the concierge brought our luggage to our room and immediately tried to sell us a trip to the pyramids with a friend of him (not officially from the hotel) and trapped into our hotel room, called his colleague and made us talking to him. All in a very obtrusive way - gentile but obtrusive. Be aware of that kind of people because there are a lot in Cairo.

An oasis in the bustle of Cairo. The hotel is beautiful. During the day, the garden/pool & service was great. In the evening, we dined al fresco (twice) at the Italian resturant which was excellent - the Egyptian rose wine was an enjoyable surprise. Our room was upgraded which was a lovely touch and we were kindly able to have a late (2pm) check out & was greatly appreciated. The staff and customer service were excellent (we were contacted on several occasions to ensure our stay was fine) and again, this was greatly appreciated. The spa & gym facilities are great - I had a fantastic back message which was great value compared to UK prices. The hotel pick-up/drop off to CAI was efficient/smooth.

A Magnificent Stay at Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team. A special mention goes to Nourhan Morsi and Mohamed Saeed, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction were evident in everything they did. Every request was met with a smile, and their efficiency and professionalism truly made me feel at home.

A Wonderful Hotel with Excellent Service! We were extremely pleased with our stay at Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino! It’s a fantastic place with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very polite and attentive. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants—each area offers something unique, and the food is truly delicious. We were also impressed by the service. We checked out early in the morning, and the hotel arranged a special shuttle for us so we could sleep a little longer. When we found out that our flight was canceled and delayed, we returned to the hotel, and they gave us our room back. Such a level of care and professionalism is truly remarkable! We are very happy we chose this hotel, and we will definitely plan to return in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service in Cairo!

Daily Rate must be Re-Evaluated as it is at the higher Side . Japanese Restaurant for Sushi Lover can be a good add to the Restaurant The Sound System at the Pool needs to be improved else during the band show , it getting Disturbed and the Singer Voice is low in compare with the Music itself

The hotel was amazing! We were greeted with welcome drinks, and they allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were so attentive, especially Nbeha and Mariam. The driver, Mostafa, was extremely respectful and careful while driving. The Italian restaurant was excellent; we had our New Year's Eve dinner there. The swimming pool was heated, which allowed the children to swim even during their "winter." It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. P.S. It's located near the airport, which is a great area to stay in Cairo, as it is close to excellent malls, restaurants, etc.

The long driveway leading from the main road to the main entrance keeps the noise and traffic far away from the residence. You feel like you’ve left Cairo and gone to a resort somewhere in the suburbs. Once you get into the property you are greeted by cafe Testarosa then the Egyptian restaurant AbuOaf past the Casino’s entrance. The main lobby reminded me of the elegant royal palaces and villas of early 1900s Cairo. The daily 2 hours of live piano music added to the luxurious atmosphere. Most staff members are well experienced and have spent many years in their professional careers. Adding to the finesse of the place is the jewelry shop owned and run by the daughter of one of the most prestigious jewelers in royal Egypt. Our housekeeper, Noorhan, was wonderful. Esraa at the breakfast restaurant was very sweet and helpful. Mr. Ammar Attar was an exceptional host throughout the stay. Hafiz at the reception was also pleasant and welcoming .

The rooms are clean but slightly outdated. The younger staff members need much more training to bring them up to 5 star hotel standards. You can see that they are trying but they need firmer discipline and instruction. The food wasn’t as flavorful as expected but the portions were generous. The pastries I tried were good. The downside of the long driveway in, is that some delivery personnel found it difficult to enter the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Ismail, who quickly arranged an urgent shuttle to the airport for us—much appreciated! The breakfast was amazing, especially thanks to the talented chef who made delicious pancakes and eggs to order. I was also pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded to a premium one—it was a lovely gesture and made my stay even better. Overall, I loved the experience and will definitely come back if (or when!) I visit Egypt again.

The hotel is nice with friendly staff, good food and many things to do for leisure. Hotel pickup and drop were extremely helpful.

The agency arranging for daily trips to tourist spots only accepts cash and asks for USD. It is strange in today's time that the card is not accepted. The tour guides were not professional and will take you to many shops and try to sell things. They should ask if a person/family interested in these extra things are only interested in visiting sites that they already paid for.
