Mohammed on the reception was outstanding. We had some issues with our booking and he went to extreme lengths to unravel the problems and set everything right. His patience and attentive care was extraordinary. What a gem. The breakfast menu offered local and international cuisine, which was good.

The location was very good, near to the airport and far from the city noise. The personnel and the service was good and the hotel was clean. In my case I was traveling alone and I stayed one night, but the couples composed for a girl and a boy need a marriage certificate. Couples composed for boy boy or girl girl no need such a thing. A little bit strange. Anyway they send you that in the conditions.

My room was very spacious and clean, the facilities were all in great condition and were easy to navigate. I loved the restaurant and the swimming pool area, the staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. You are very well taken care off from the moment you arrive at Ocean Blue and they try very hard to cater to your needs whatever they may be. I would love to give a special shout out to Fouad, he is amazing, very caring and kind, I felt very looked after ! I will also mention here the lovely twins Mohammad and Hossam who were so attentive to everything and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was everything I expected and more Mariam at the front desk, she clearly knows what she’s doing, is very professional and made me feel comfortable and safe. I would like to also mention the kitchen staff who were so friendly and kind particularly Adham Waleed, AbdulRaheem, and Saeid Yasser, my trip wouldn’t have been the same without these staff members, all of them and the lovely room I was allocated are the reason i will be returning to this property. I had a few issues with my wifi but I quickly sorted it out myself

We have stayed here before. I particularly like the large pool. Also the apartments are spacious and quiet. We tried a larger apartment this time on a higher floor, so it had more light. Housekeeping was very good. The property was very reactive to our comments and requests.

We would have liked a small stove for cooking. The kitchenette in the two-bedroom apt is small, with a microwave and mini-fridge. This was indicated in the description so it was my fault for not reading carefully and assuming the kitchen was the same as in the Deluxe King Studio. Management offered us a large ground floor apt but I preferred the higher-floor apt. Really they made every effort, which was appreciated.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the most important aspects, which I believe are the friendliness of our staff and their sincere willingness to help. These qualities are essential in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our customers and our team members. Your efforts in maintaining these standards are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed. However, there was one aspect that I found quite concerning. there is notification that i should provide a marriage certificate incase i have with someone of a different gender. While I understand that this may be a policy for some nationalities, it was unexpected and a bit uncomfortable for me. I believe that as long as guests are respectful and responsible, such requirements should be reconsidered, especially considering the diverse beliefs and relationships of different nationalities. I hope that this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter

The breakfast was absolutely delightful and delicious, truly a great way to start the day. summing pool round the place creating a serene and picturesque setting for the stay. The location itself was amazing, being conveniently close to everything around, which made getting around a breeze. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I am writing to express a concern regarding a recent policy I encountered before check-in. I received a message indicating that I need to provide a marriage certificate if someone is accompanying me. However, my booking clearly states that I am traveling alone. I found this request to be quite personal and somewhat intrusive. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that we come from different nationalities and religions, which makes this requirement even more perplexing. I believe that respecting the privacy and personal choices of your guests is paramount, and I would appreciate it if you could consider revising this requirement. Mr. Zaki & Mr. Ihab from Recieption and customer relation are very professionals and very welcoming. they assist me in lots of things I need as well, they are very welcoming and immediate offering me with the services I need. It is really great to have people like them in the property. Also, the room service, Milad & Abdel Razzak are very hard working people and always offer great room cleaning and quality they are doing in work are very professional thank you for all staff there.....

Exceptionally some noise and irregular hummer at the up stairs flats not in hotel which cause hurting the time of quite we need but all gone OK under accepted mode.

This was our second stay at Ocean Blue and we were happy to return to the same studio we had previously. It was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. We appreciated the convenience of having kitchen facilities. Thank you to Zaki and his team for their helpfulness.

What I suggest changing is the wording on the sign at the pool gate in English, which says access is for residents and studio’s guests. Our studio was reserved for us by a local family member. On our last day of a 12-night stay his wife and I went for a swim because I understood from the sign that those in the studios could have guests. We were made to feel we had deliberately flouted the rule. Please change the sign to read “studio guests” instead of “studio’s guests,” which is slightly less ambiguous, to avoid misunderstandings of this sort.

This is a fantastic place that is so closer to the airport, less than 15 minutes. The room is clean, the kitchen is helpful, the air condition works well and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is simple but efficient and the pool is massive though I didn’t get a chance to swim during my short stay. I enjoyed that Netflix was logged in already. Everyone is helpful. Just be sure to have proof of marriage if you are a couple.

Everything about the property was great. Only one instance the front door security was very suspicious if we were a married couple but the front desk was quick to defend that we were.
