Very nice hotel with lots of sports facilities and excellent rooms and food. There is also a mosque within the gated compound. The hotel is close to the airport and malls outside the city centre, but you need transport to get there. There are on-site taxi and day-trip services.

Once you know and accept that the hotel is far from shops and restaurants, there is nothing not to like. Maybe the speed at which they can free rooms could be faster. Even though our party with small children was early, they made us wait about two hours which is way too long for a 5-star establishment that was nearly empty when we visited.

They charged us 10$ for each one hour late checkout, while other hotels allow us to stay till 1600 & the breakfast buffet are the same for the 11 staying days no change

This hotel is one of the best hotels you can stay in in Cairo, the staff are so friendly, especially Ms. Manar and Mr. Omar, they were very supportive. It is really my first choice every time I visit Cairo. Rooms are massive and clean, with nice pool view. Breakfast is great with great variety, and the menu for other meals is nice. I always recommend Tolip Gardens for my friends who travel to Cairo.

Being in close proximity to all the major shopping centers was incredibly convenient. In addition to its superb customer service, delightful culinary offerings, and prime location near shopping centers, this hotel boasted a range of amenities that enhanced my overall stay. The rooms were elegantly appointed, providing a comfortable and serene haven after a long day of shopping and exploring. The hotel's facilities, such as the fitness center and spa, offered a perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate.

The breakfast buffet menu seems monotonous, with limited choices that catered to a limited range of dietary preferences. It would be beneficial for the hotel to diversify and expand their breakfast selection, incorporating more options for guests.

breakfast was a wide range of classical & nonclassical Egyptian food. The only thing about the hotel is that it is in the middle of a big compound with a surrounding garden which is good for walking around or having parties.

I was not too fond of the hotel's presence in the big compound with a gate to enter the compound and another entrance to enter the hotel. There are no restaurants other than the breakfast buffet. Ordering lunch or dinner takes a long time as they are not usually serving lunch or dinner—no surrounding supermarket or restaurant.

desk manager is not helpful at all specially for the regular guests, especially when there are solutions and advised by his staff but still not take positive action even his treatment and replies for the situations with guests not by professional way at all and not making them satisfy. other staff in reception doing the best as they can do according to their experience. generally good hotel but staff in some departments need some improving, specially desk manager because this is first impression of hotel for any guests.

Situated in a very quiet area....close to the airport and some distance from Down Town Cairo...Two of the staff members were excellent , friendly and very helpful. Achmat Karmel , at the reception in the morning , were the image of how hotel front desk personnel should behave...he was very suave , friendly , helpful and gave us a lot of invaluable information that contributed to making our stay so pleasant Mossud ,one of the bellboys , were eager ,friendly and always carried.a welcoming aura with him

The reception when checking in....most of the staff on duty did not understand or spoke English.After the long journey from Alexandria by bus and Uber this was very cumbersome and taxing

the locations is easy to get to and near to the airport as well as the shopping mall. The place is very clean and they provide great customer service, also the rooms are very nice. last but not least I can say very good value for the price.

the only thing I didn’t like is the noises because they had a party the same night we were there and the students were very loud very much all night so we couldn’t have any sleep and it was very difficult taking a flight the following morning being this tired.
