My stay at Maran Residence was great. You get to experience a villa atmosphere in your own room. The design was great. As an interior designer, I really think the design, finishes, and materials were all great. The room was spacious and sizes were good. The staff usually try to make your experience good there.

I had an accident when I was stuck in the elevator midnight. It stopped suddenly while I was going up to my room. However, when I kept knocking, the receptionist heard me immediately and in few mins he got a technician and I was able to go out. So even when an accident happened, they responded quickly and helped.

Really lovely place to stay. Everything was contemporary and stylish, the breakfast was fresh and juices were provided based on which fruit they had. Usually orange or mango, sometimes guava. The latte was very good also. The pool is not heated, but its not necessary as it gets warm real quick. There is a small gym and they offer shisha at the hotel. Its very nicely furnished and everything can be provided by 24/7 reception / room service. The staff were really nice and very hospitable. They accommodated everything we needed and were so friendly. Our favourite was Barbara but to be very honest all the boys were very helpful and polite too! Thank you all. 😊

I am always delighted and beyond satisfied whenever I visit Cairo and stay at Maran Residence. This would be my 3rd time staying at this truly lovely and cozy location. As a person that takes his work with him wherever he goes, I personally tend to always look for hotel apartments with comfort and privacy in great locations. Maran successfully hits all these notes and so much more. A small staff of very kind, generous and respectful employees. It feels like it's a family where everyone's related, which gives it the feel of a homey type of place. I am very grateful for the extraordinary service I've received from Fady, Barbara and Samir at the front desk, and Christine and her colleagues from housekeeping, and everyone else that helps in making this place as lovely and caring as it is.

We arrived very late and checked in around 3am, the hotel was very accommodating in that regard and had the room ready for us. The staff at the reception was very polite. The hotel is situated in a very nice location within a walking distance from the mall. I also loved the interior design in the reception and bar area, quite aesthetically appealing!

Housekeeping in the room during my stay was not up to the standard I am used to. You literally have to ask for the room to be cleaned otherwise it is left as it is! I did mention to the receptionist on my check out and he pointed out that they were short staffed as one of their cleaners had an emergency.

Personnel was nice, polite and willing to help. I had Oriental beakfast,which was clean, tasty and of good quality. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is located in nice high end safe urban area and with no big noise and pollution from the highways and crowds. I liked the natural building materlals, marble, wood, glass, that offer elegance and comfort. I will stay again.

No restaurant for lunch or dinner. No vendor machine. No market or restaurant around in walkable distance (just parks). Cleaningness could be better and more frequent, lots of dust everywhere (gym carpet, marble floors, stairs etc). Room amenities can improve by adding more mini bar choices, bathroom toiletries.

Around 8 of us stayed at Maran residence in different rooms and were all pleased with the accommodation and the service shown! The rooms were comfy, had all amenities needed (safe, shampoo, dental kit, even mini bar), and the place itself was very enjoyable to hang out in (pool area, breakfast room). The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant at Maran residence, everyone was very kind and helpful! A special and big thank you goes to Saeed and Mahmoud that helped each and every one of us at multiple occasions, from getting a taxi safely to the airport to letting us refresh ourselves after leaving our luggage at Maran during the day. The area was also very secure and perfectly located in the newer part of Cairo, many things were nearby for dining or delivery. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!!

We booked our stay here last minute as our previous hotel was awful. Staff were kind and accommodating ensuring we were given water on arrival as well as other information such as where to find local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was made to order and we were given plenty of food, as well as a complimentary minibar with chocolate and fizzy drinks on the first night of the stay.
