The staff was very friendly welcoming and supportive. Due to long flight delay, we arrived at hotel 5 hrs later than planned and staff present at the time, Mr Mohamed Hassan (Night shift on 26/07/25, did a quick check-in and he immediately his colleagues to provide extra bed in the room. Then in the morning, Ahmed (Morning shift) has also made smooth checkout and answer couple of booking related queries professionally. Thank you both for making us feel coming back to the hotel.

I stayed for 10 days (With an extension of 3 days). Initially had doubt due to some Old reviews but at the end overall very well satisfied with my selection. Overall the rooms in main building are spacious - ask for classic rooms if your stay is more than 2-3 days, lifts are quick and cleanliness well maintained. The restaurant is under renovation but they provide the breakfast in room so nothing to worry. Specifically "Oriental Breakfast" is wow. Hotel staff is helpful in all aspects even with ordering the food from out side restaurant they helped us at late night (me and my team members). Location of the hotel is very good. Very little sound of vehicles on outside road which is in fact a main road connecting to Giza / 6th of October city. Distance from Airport is also 10-15 kms but it takes little time to reach thanks to great road conditions in Cairo. I travelled to Giza / 6th of October city / 10th of Ramadan industrial area/ Badr city / Sadat city & Dahalia city and hotel location is well connected to all sides.

Cleaning process of bathrooms needs to be improved.

The lobby is modern and well-organized. The receptionists were cheerful, elegant, and respectable. I really can't emphasize enough on how they were respectful and professional at check-in. I utterly felt at home. The room "2004" was tranquil and spacious. It had all the amenities I needed such as: (high-speed broadband, minibar, etc.) The bathroom was spotlessly clean, towels were sanitized, heater, and it was equipped with a hair dryer. Practically, the hotel staff in general carried a bright smile disposition. I'm most definitely visiting them again. ;)

Nice View for my room, helpful staff. I loved the hot shower and Ramadan atmosphere. There was good restaurant as well where I had iftar with my kids. The pool was good and the playground was nice. I would recommend it for family and friends.

The hotel gate was closed at times where it was misleading for taxi cars or uber who did not know they had to go inside and receive the guests. I had to get out of the hotel gate and walk for a few minutes to reach the taxi.

Suite 1003 is amazing and very homely. The hotel and room are very quiet.

I went to the restaurant to eat. Inside the restaurant is an enormous TV and sound system. When I was sitting waiting to order, one waiter came in and pretty much turned the restaurant in to his own cinema by ramping up the volume. I already had a very bad migraine from fasting the day before. I left and went to eat outside the hotel.

it was beyond imagination to some extent All staff draw the happiness to all the hotel guests! The hotel management itself is taking care by theme-selfs to all guests , as few hotels. management’s attend to do such things! Where I advise everyone around to book in this hotel and sure it will match my experience !

Clean, good location.

Cigerrette smell in the rooms, booked 2 rooms, was told I had one only after showing my receipt eventually agreed I had 2 rooms booked, felt this was ploy to get all of the guests in one room, when I said to charge me for one only or pay for dinner they then gave me two rooms. Other than this staff very friendly and stay was excellent.

The Location of the complex was central to everywhere we wanted to go to which was great. The breakfast was included in the room service and so that was convenient. They also had a 24 hour room service and were very friendly.

Quick upgrading offer and very early check-in had been arranged. Taxis always had been ordered quickly and at very low prices. Perfect service !

Once breakfast had been served about 25 min after ordering, another time only rollers and sweets had been served, no beverages nothing else. Not really organized too much.
