I booked the Villa 604 because close to the Airport and I'm catching an 4:00 AM flight. The hotel is a very nice, clean place Great location and safety with security gate entrance and is located in residence Area.

The Villa 604 located in residence area and not easy to find it by Taxi or Uber, My taxi driver didn't find the hotel and he end up Dropp me off close to the area and I have to walk about 35 Minutes to the main gate entrance then I have to walk another 15 minutes inside to find the villa 604 because it's residence area and all the building looks the same and no direction to the hotel. SO DON'T USE TAXI OR UBER FOR YOUR PICKUP JUST USE CAR SERVICE LOCATEDIN THE VILLA 604 LOBBY. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Room comfort (except fridge, which is not a small fridge but a so-called a chiller but barely chills), helpful dedicated staff, a nice swimming pool + a small gym.

The "fridge" and the location (you have to reply on taxi (Uber + InDrive, but the helpful can help you reservations). Given the location (but two malls are within walking distance of about 2 kms) the hotel can invest in a coin-operated vending machine for all essentiel supplies + ice. Such an investment will pay for itself within months (not years) and will add tremendous added-value to the entire hotel.

It’s a very calm, noise-free hotel in a safe, gated community, quite close to the airport (about 20 mins drive). The area around is a basic middle-to-upper class suburbs. It’s quite far from the main Cairo attractions but uber is extremely cheap and accessible. What I didn’t really like was the cigarette smell in the room, which isn’t surprising, given there was an ashtray in the room with no balcony. But maybe there was a warning about that during booking, I didn’t check. It didn’t bother me too much anyway. Breakfast was okay too, nothing fancy, but more than I expected.

I had an exceptional stay at Villa 604 in New Cairo! The hotel is simply outstanding – the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the food is incredibly delicious. The staff, including the reception team, are charming, kind, and always eager to assist. Their hospitality and dedication to excellent service truly stand out. The entire experience was delightful, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you're in New Cairo, make sure to stay here – you won't regret it! 🙏

Everything is perfect here

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The reception was warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety, especially a wide selection of fresh fruits, which was a fantastic way to start the day. Another detail I really appreciated was the professionalism of the staff. Both the team and the manager spoke English in front of guests, which was very polite and made communication easy. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Only one small thing that you have to enter and exit the compound from one gate ( visitors gate)

Perfect place. The room was super clean, spacious, comfortable and nice. This is located in New Cairo, so it’s a bit far from the city centre and Giza pyramids, but with uber we got there quickly (around 40 min) and the main advantage is that it’s a super quite and lovely place (unlike the chaotic downtown). The staff was really friendly as well.

The only thing I could complain about is that there was some smoke smell in the room and sheets. It seems guests smoke in the room or staff in the laundry room.

Housekeeping team are superb and very professional. Big praises to Ms Rana Hesham and Ms Doaa Kamal for making my room so sparkling clean and comfortable everyday. They are such joyful and smart ladies. Reception staff (Mr Mariam Tarek and Mr Ziad Ahmed) are also very helpful and experienced. Breakfast is decent, and the chef is a wonderful man. The hotel is located within a residential compound, and it can take a long time for Uber to get in and out of the compound, but the air is fresh (with birds chirping every morning) within the compound so it is okay. There is a nice pool in the hotel. The hotel owner is a respectful man and he has made this hotel very homely and beautiful for foreign guests to relax in. I will certainly book again.

It is difficult for Uber to find the correct entrance to the residential compound. The hotel staff and guests smoke within the hotel building, and the second-hand smoke can make non-smoker guests feel quite uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Everything is exceptional in this hotel comparing with its very reasonable price; reception staff like Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam & Mr. Tarek, Mr. Hesham are very helpful and welcoming, all other staff like Chef Emad & his team and even the house keepers are amazing persons and do their best to keep you comfortable. Rooms are super clean & quiet and hotel as a whole lies in a secured quiet compound with easy accessibility to all places in Cairo by Uber or similar. Breakfast is very good with good variety. I really loved the place and definitely would come back.

This is the 2nd hotel i try in Cairo, and the best of the two. Clean and very comfy room. Most of all, it's quiet, even during the night and the early morning (which is a luxury, in Egypt...). Staff was very professionnal when arriving/checking-in. I stayed only one night so i could not try the pool nor the breakfast, but my opinion is this hotel is worth the price (~45§ for me at the end of low season). I would probably come back here if i were to travel to Cairo again.
