very elegant.Room was big enough for us. bed was comfortable only the pillows were very soft. the waving pool was nice touch. the property was quiet which what we were looking for. breakfast was Excellent and lots of variety.

Bed pillows were so soft for us. not enough electric outlet for new gadgets that we had. the air condition thermostat was not working properly, doesn’t shut off when you raise the desired temperature, so either too cold and we had to turn it off completely and turn on again when it gets hot. so basically on/off thing. didn’t like that at breakfast although it was non smoking section but next to it was a smoking area where we can smell it. smoking areas should be away from the non smoking for the customers enjoyment.

The rooms were cleaned daily, the food was excellent at Cucina, Ahlein, Lemongrass restaurants, and very good at the bar/breakfast area. Room service food and drinks were amazing and at best prices. All personnel were very thoughtful. Room was big and very nice with pool view and balcony.

Plateau restaurant served salmon with its skin with scales. I disliked it very much. My friend's crispy bread was rock-solid bread at the same place. The pool view room has it's disadvantages: on weekend days there are events there and music is too loud to sleep. On our last night we barely slept. The room had a common door with another room and you could hear every time the other person joined their room. Also i didn't like the ceiling view to the air system, which looked very bad.

Some of the staff behavior in the restaurant & cafe , I was surprised to hear them argue among themselves with loud voices, like if there was nobody around them, or maybe 🤔 this the way it’s in Egypt 🇪🇬??!!

A beautiful hotel, with lots of culture and history around each corner. The lady playing the harp and the jazz band were particularly impressive. The room was spacious and comfy. The Plateau restaurant served delicious food and the outdoor seating was relaxing by the lake. The only comment I have is regarding the corridors leading to the pool-side rooms, these corridors need an urgent makeover, and a partition should be put to hide this scrapyard space we meet along the corridors.

We had an amazing time in the hotel and we enjoyed every moment in our stay. The executive lounge and how we were pampered was beyond remarkable. All the staff and the management in the lounge were so friendly and professional at the same time.w would like to specially thank Amir Salah in the executive lounge for his hospitality and professionalism. We would like to thank as well Shady Badr in the reception for his amazing help and the extra ordinary service that he provided. The luxurious experience that we get makes us come over and over.

Value of money ! If you give a tip once ! Then they would never stop knocking your door !! The water temperature was a challenge! When the mechanical eng. come to fix it , then it will be a hot water on the shower ! But after that shower , the water get back to the cold water! We may call the technician to fix it three times ! I am not sure what is the secret!

The room was wonderful and it’s view was amazing. Bed was comfy, their restaurants are welcoming and charming. Close to many malls and shops 😀 I would love to stay on it again for sure in my next visit.

One word: location! Total unbeatable location right in front of the pyramids with exceptional views from the room and restaurant. Nothing beats that honestly. Second: staff: amazing staff who made our stay personalised. They knew it was her birthday and made it a point to wish her throughout the day! Third: the restaurant: absolutely loved the 139 restaurant and food. Are there for all 3 days that we stayed.

Furnishings: a lit run down and old for the price paid Perhaps a bit far from the airport and city but this is not necessarily a bad thing.

Though I didn't swim the pool environment was lovely and the breakfast had many options. The 24 hour restaurant is fabulous and big and I spent my evenings having drinks. The personnel are very friendly each night was at the bar and I would visit again.

Other restaurants can stay a bit late. Also, there was no real night life like a club where people can dance.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay, friendly and helpful. The restaurants were excellent, gourmet food and lovely ambience. Breakfast buffet was impeccable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and the concierge arranged a tour for us to the sights. Indoor pool was lovely to use during winter months and there is a jacuzzi and steam room for adults. The spa was amazing also. The hotel is out of the city but about 30-40 min drive to the sites.

As is typical in Egypt you will find some guests smoking in the lobby. Restaurants were a bit pricey but the food met the standard.
