I booked the hotel at a very last minute but it was worth it. The staff were nice and helpful . value for money. it's small setup but quite if you don't want hustle and bustle. To bad that i had to move to Tolip el narges because of company commitments but i can recommend this place. staff provided services to bring the ordered food to my room. Special thanks to Mr Karim who once paid for my delivery as i was away and the service boy who work with him he is a kind and humble kid.

Unfortunately i missed the breakfast option somehow while booking as it was no clearly mentioned i guess. also the place is quite isolated for a person like me who likes to go around and explore shops and stuff. it's located in residential area. a small fitness center can also help

I was going there for one night so i wasnot really expecting much ; but i found the hotel to be a piece of art. It is a villa turned into a hotel.It was clean, everyone was so professional. It was like 5 star hotels in terms of staff uniforms, printed towels.The breakfast was set menu,and the quantities were more than you can eat. The rooms even included a refrigerator, a washing machine a microwave a kettles and a stove with all the utensils you can need, cups and all.There was also a tented parking outside the villa.i loved the experience ❤️

Highly standard hotel it deserves to have 7 stars 🌟, the staff are very professional and applies customer obsession and very respectful . The room is quite super comfy , very clean, spacious, in other word, it is so fabulous 👌. The service room is really friendly staff, comes on time ⏲️ very quick service, they offer a very delicious breakfast 😀 and the cost is affordable to anyone. In conclusion, from the first step 🚶‍♂️ inside this great hotel (checkin) till leaving ( checkout ) the feeling of being a client 😀 to this hotel is really worth every pound to have a lovely stay and joyful sleep. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice and cosy atmosphere, it is in Royal in Residence New Cairo.

The room was as described, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They also tried to help me to find a ride to the airport last minute, which was very nice of them.

There were some noises from the next room late at night, so the door between the room was sort of transparent, but I called the reception and they helped to manage it right away. but overall nothing was negative.

The breakfast was the same all days - there is need to change some of the days. The location was perfect and easy to connect to.

The hotel management should ensure that at reception, we have staff who are bilingual - Arabic, French and English at least to address needs of various nationalities who visit the hotel. There was serious language barrier to communicate well.

Staff politeness and level of cleanliness was great. The hotel facilities are acceptable, and accessibility to the location is good. Would recommend to everyone especially families.

The windows are not sound proof and makes you hear all kind of traffic outside. The mattress needs to be upgraded to provide a more comfortable sleep.

The staff were all youth, very supportive, cooperative and gentle. Ahmad is the guy who I communicated with, he made our stay easy and comfortable. The rooms were very clean & fit our needs, they accept Egyptian pound and the price I paid was less than what I expected comparing to the facilities and the services that were provided. I highly recommend this property for the people who like to stay in new Cairo.

No public terrace but some rooms have balconies on the highway. No uniform fit to winter season for all staff.

location convenience and room cleanliness was great.. the check in was seamless too.. worth noting that they are doing a great effort for a green facility with the sensors light and minimal plastic materials.. last but not least great value for money with very kind staff

parking spots are first come and very few given the number of rooms and the heat wave.. also the housekeeping wasn't responsive for daily room checks
