I had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski Hotel! The whole experience was memorable from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. A big thank you for the lovely birthday cake surprise—it was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day! Little touches like that show how much they care about their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Kempinski to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay.

I liked the clean room , large clean bathroom , the food from the poolbar , some live music entertainment and the nice first floor bar. Good music ,food and wine at the first floor bar. Very nice place to have a coffee and breakfast outside near the pool.

I didn't like: -no option to open a window in the room -breakfast not as expected at a 5 stars hotel -low quality food at Luca restaurant -low number of english channels at tv -smell in the G- floor.

A short stay but fabulous experience. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere from the moment we booked online. Airport Shuttle service was brilliant. The location is very convenient. Conceirge takes good care of all queries and promptly assists with everything. Special thanks to the breakfast staff, making every morning a pleasant experience. Lounge open 24/7. The kids' play area was a bonus( It would be nice to have more outdoor activities to do). The pool was well maintained for day and night swims. It's one of our favourite spots in Cairo.

The room size was fine, the design was pleasant and it was clean, decent for a 5 star hotel, which is not always the case in Cairo. The reception, cleaning and concierge service were helpful. The breakfast is also good quality but not so many options. The location is not far from the Airport, in a silent area, and far from the noise of the city center.

The location is in new Cairo, far from the city center, therefore please expect some time to reach it for visits. Anyway we expect to return to this hotel in future visits

The director of rooms was extremely helpful and very service oriented to make sure we are happy. The reception staff were very helpful and the concierge team was extremely helpful. Overall the staff were friendly and superb daily room cleaning service.Excellent team to serve the customers and breakfast was good.

The overall cost is generally expensive and it’s located in new Cairo so you need to use a pre -booked cab or taxi for all the attractions. Nothing to see or visit in walking distance.

The hotel building is beautiful and the staff did their best to make me feel comfortable. There was a restaurant that opened the whole day and I often found little gifts at my room from the hotel. After I complained about an issue, the staff addressed it promptly to my satisfaction.

The place is a bit too stiff/posh for my taste and I had some issues bringing my guitar into my room although I had no plans nor did I actually have any gatherings in the hotel (I don't know if anyone does that). Not walkable at all!

The staff is very helpful, Anything you need they will be happy and ready to help. the hotel is clean and convenient. We realy love the kids area where anyone can leave kids there.

The gym equipments is old, feels that i need more equipments to complete my workout, espicially on back day. The hotel location is in a good quiet place, but is far from nile and some traditional places needs around 40min to reach nile.

The location and the design, it is so nice. The Staff, from gate security to guest services, all have met the high quality standards. They have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and will book again for my next visit to Cairo. I love you guys, and send my warm greetings to the Chef as well and thank him for the 2+ Kg I got due to the delicious dessert he served me.

At check-in, I asked for a room on the ground floor, as I hate the lifts in Cairo - they're small, I'm claustrophobic, and power cuts are a thing here (although I'm sure the hotel has generators) - the receptionist happily complied, even though the language barrier meant he didn't grasp that my reasoning was my hatred of lifts (which is fine, as I got what I wanted). My flight arrived much later than it should have, so I asked for a late check-out, as I wanted a proper rest, and again, the receptionist happily obliged, and didn't charge me for it. The room was comfortable - I loved the bed. There were lots of bottles of water in the room, which was appreciated. The bathroom was large, and has both a bath and shower.

I stayed at this hotel last year, and I recall there being more choice for breakfast than there was this time. The TV in the room kept turning on by itself, onto the silent welcome screen, which was odd - it woke me up in the middle of the night!

Hi , the hotel was brilliant , the team were really co-operative and perfect , one observation i would like to address , there was a some kind of dessert at the breakfast called (ma3mola) ... unreal , out of this world , the taste was phenomenal , i kept thanking the crew all day , we wanted more , but i t was too late to catch up as it was finished , thank you so much for having us , looking forward to come back .
