Everything was ok. Very nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the offered price for airport shuttle was insane - uber cost 10 time less. Additionally, the hotel is close to the airport but far away from the city center.

Our stay at the Radisson was truly memorable and unique, thanks largely to the incredible front office team led by Mr. Emad, along with Mr. Ahmed from the pool, and the wonderful housekeeping team. Mr. Emad and his team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, customer focus, and warmth from the moment we arrived, accommodating our special requests and making us feel pampered and cared for. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the surprise celebration for my wife’s birthday. The entire front office team gathered to surprise us with a cake and a heartfelt singing performance in both English and Egyptian, creating emotional moments we will cherish forever. A special mention goes to Nevien from the front office and Ahmed from the pool. Ahmed was consistently professional and attentive, sharing his knowledge and ensuring we felt comfortable in the pool area. He even surprised us with a local delicacy and a thoughtful gift for my wife’s birthday, highlighting his exceptional care for guests. Nevien’s bright smile, supportive and very friendly behaviour lit up our mornings. On our departure day, she went above and beyond by surprising us with traditional local treats, which we thoroughly enjoyed on our journey home. A heartfelt thank you to these amazing people who, with their personal touch, made our stay truly unforgettable.

I would recommend including local dishes in the restaurant menu to enhance the guests' culinary experience, along with labels indicating the ingredients and potential allergens.

The staff are very helpful, and the reception team is particularly good. They are very patient and quick to respond. Location is very close to the airport.

Large apartments, fully equipped, tastefully furnished, very clean and neat. Location close to airport, plenty of bars restaurants and coffee shop within it's premises. Breakfast fair and clean with continuous quality control supervision. Very friendly service.

We had to go through 2 security checks every time we went in and out of the hotel, I know this is the case in all hotels in Cairo but it was such a hassle. Although the hotel is newly built, the finishing is not high standard quality; the bathroom tub and shower leaked and water filled the bathroom floor, wasn't too pleasant

Located in Cairo Plaza complex that houses multiple cafes. Nice quiet safe location. The property is well-maintained and feels like new. The apartment was big, tastefully decorated and serviced daily. The bed was comfy. Our upgraded apartment was facing the pool. The breakfast spread was excellent and even our dinner at their restaurant was good. Overall, a perfect place to stay for a family holiday.

Ms Mirna and team gave us a great welcome on arrival and went the extra mile to check that we are happy with the room and accessories. Good location and a small kitchen is available inside the apartment. Pool and gym facilities are amazing too.

It was clean, close to restaurants, spacious and well designed. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and offered a free room upgrade. I would certainly recommend staying here.

The area was a bit questionable at first but, it turned out to be very fine. We had a pleasant stay here.
