I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 7 days, and I couldn't be more impressed. The entire experience was comfortable, welcoming, and truly memorable. A special shoutout to Linda and Amr-both of them went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Linda's warm hospitality and genuine care made me feel right at home, while Amr's professionalism and friendly attitude always brought a smile to my face. Their dedication and kindness really stood out and made my stay exceptional. Thank you to the whole team—I'll definitely be back!

This hotel was such a hidden gem! Everything was clean, comfy, and had such a warm atmosphere,, but what really made my stay special was Linda at the front desk. She was so sweet and helpful, like the fairy godmother of receptionists! Whether I needed directions, dinner recommendations, or just a friendly chat, Linda was there with a smile. Honestly, she made the whole trip feel extra special. Can’t wait to come back!

EXACTLY what we needed after booking a horrible stay with a lunatic. We arrived late in the evening and the staff greeted us professionally. The check in process was quick and efficient and they even had a bellboy help us carry our luggage to the room. I honestly don't know why the reviews are low other than the fact that you CAN hear the streets.... but Cairo never sleeps! The room was spacious, beds were clean and location was perfect for an early morning flight the next day.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Egypt, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. I would especially like to highlight Linda at the reception; she was exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the check-in and check-out processes smooth and pleasant. really friendly staff. they cleaned my room every day. even though I didn't ask for it. new towels came quickly when the others were used. the staff asked me every day if everything was alright. or if I needed anything. all in all it was a good experience. which I will hopefully try again I especially thank Ahmed and Martina for extra good service

Amazing staff as usual, very eager to help. Front desk staff Linda and Omar were exceptional. Can't wait for the return.

Electric outlets are problematic and not very stable. - You can hear people in adjacent rooms. - Overall cleanest compared to other hotels I've stayed in previously in the area, but there were still hair and dust remnants in corners and such areas.

The staff are helpful i would like to thank Linda the receptionist , Tania room supervisor and Randa our house keeper Who works in efficient way with always smily face which makes you optimestic Food was not bad and There is a cheff to make all kings of egg. Beside the hotel there is fish resturant name sanarah

I think some of bed sheets need to be changed for it becomes very old and i already informed Tania the supervisor Other wise the hotel is 3 stars facility

I emailed ahead to ask about my requirements and responses were prompt! Everything in my Junior Suite was perfect, toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and water all provided. The staff were extremely helpful and took really good care of me as I’m not good with steps. Then helped me in, and out of the hotel. Mariam helped me with my breakfast plate every morning because I walk with a stick. She was calm. Patient, and kind and always had time to talk with me! She is an excellent ambassador for this hotel - thank you Mariam and all of your colleagues at Golden Park Hotel! I will return! Mr Khalid, the Hotel Manager did everything possible to welcome me and make my stay enjoyable! Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon! Thank you!

The property has undergone renovation on the 4th & 5th floors and is in very good condition now. Location is very convenient- close to the airport & the Alf Maskan metro station. Staff are extremely courteous & helpful in all matters - checkin, cab booking, etc. Linda at reception continues to provide excellent service with a smile!

The location is superb and strategically closer to the airport, CBD and other amenities. The front office staff especially Martina were excellent, always smiling and offering assistance.

The breakfast was a bit of a challenge I recommend a bit more of variety especially meat. If possible introduce cereals as well. The internet was a bit intermittent though generally good.
