Very helpful and accommodating staff. Our flight was delayed which meant we had to check in in the early hours, but even then staff were available to check us in and take us to our room. The room was a good size, clean and good value. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from. Maadi is a good place to stay when visiting Cairo, it is more green and a bit more laid back.

The staff is extremely friendly professional and courteous, and very helpful!The place itself is decent from the outside, cozy elegant location with minimal noise ar night, I have already recommended them to my friend in Dubai.

There were initially some bumps, but they promptly provided solutions and were accommodating, I appreciated their admirable initiative. Great management and customer service skills. Starting @ the front desk to the restaurant, Thanks! :-).

I loved the location for its immersion in the local buzz of every day life. Close to the Nile, close to the metro. A great start if you’re looking for an local Egyptian experience.

If you can be a little forgiving, there’s nothing to dislike.

I dont know what to say, am totally astonished by the warmth of this place , best service best staff , everything was great and shockingly every single department did its job amazingly to a point where i cannot decide who was better because all of them rocked it , much respect and definitely would recommend and visit again ❤️🤙🏽

I do not recall a bad experience about my stay

The stuff were really polite and quiet. Restaurant was clean and quiet and breakfast itself was delicious despite the small range of food variety.

I expected to find shampoo & showergel as it is 4 star hotel but there were only towels and soap.

It's cosy and comfortable. Great quiet neighbourhood, helpful staff, the beds are comfy and clean. Not for people looking for fancy but rather privacy and sincerity.

I was a guest back at 2014 and I always come for business and it amazingly comfortable. And the renovation done is more than great. The Restaurant is wonderful, the maitre d'hotel is amazing the staff are friendly and polite and the food is very good. Ahmed the bell captain is exceptionally good & helpful.

They need to have Express Laundry Service for people on business trips or even an iron to be delivered to the room at least

mosquitos in the room. there are lots of trees on the area so it is expected, but I would recommend having a mosquito repellent device in the room, they’re cheap and would really help.

I liked the location and style of the hotel, like old fashioned.

I would add hairdryer into the rooms
