A very relaxing and calm place in the heart of the seaside downtown area. The staff are beyond amazing and very helpful and welcoming. They even made sure I had company given I was solo traveling. Definitely worth the visit and sure won’t be the last time. Special thanks to Nahed for her hospitality and warm welcome.

Hagar the new manager (from 1st March 2024) goes the extra mile to please customers and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is very cosy and beautiful and you can relax right away. It's so close to everything you walk everywhere.

Despite the new manager's repeated efforts, some of the staff remain very casual in their dealings with tasks. But it was getting better by the day and surely it won't take long before this place becomes home to many chilled customers.

Lovely cosy accommodation in the centre of Dahab. The rooms are small but very functional and lovingly decorated. The AC is very effective. I felt very comfortable and safe here. Super clean, pet-friendly. Very tasty restaurant. Everything within walking distance. The pool is great for cooling off. As it is very central, there is always something going on here. If you have a problem with this: pack earplugs or go to a resort. The airport shuttle also worked well.

It was all good.😊 (I wish I had a drying rack to dry my diving gear).

Everything, especially it’s a very quiet place in the very central area, that makes life in Dahab so easy if you need to get up early go diving…. The hotel itself is very unique and beautifully decorated,rooms are a bit small but it has also outdoor sitting area. All stuffs super nice and friendly. And there are 2 super cute puppies in the backyard

The staff was amazing, they guys went above and beyond to make your stay absolutely top noch. unfortunately I was sick one day and the staff they brought me tea, telling me what to do and eat, checking up on me how I was doing. The really cared about me. Thanks again guys :) It was such a cozy complex, it felt Like you were spending a week chilling with your friends.

Compact and comfortable room that was very clean. Great location, very helpful staff and we lioved our outside sofa!! We look forward to visiting again.

There was nothing we disliked although a kettle and mugs in the room would be useful!

Very cool pool and courtyard, lovely paintings and plants, very nice setting. Nice couches and relaxing areas. On the main waterfront street so close to everything. Breakfast was basic but as expected. Room was clean and had fridge and kettle.

Shower has no curtain so floor is wet when you want use toilet etc but dries quickly. People in pool playing music late at night up to 4am, I understand it was EID and people are celebrating. Night staff should have stopped this, it did not happen the next night as we informed the helpful man at desk the next morning so that was helpful

I love Chillax and look forward to my next stay. (I have stayed here twice.) Rooms are compact but very clean and comfortable. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the location is great.
