The friendliest staff you could ask for. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like friends, not just customers. When we asked to switch to a private room with a bathroom and AC, they moved us immediately to a clean, comfortable room, no hassle at all. They went out of their way to help us explore Dahab like locals, not walking wallets. Their recommendations for restaurants and cafés were spot-on, and the diving instructors they work with are top-tier. professional, patient, and passionate. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Can’t recommend them enough.

The rooms aren’t exactly the most aesthetically pleasing or well-serviced. Ours hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. That said, for a short 3-night stay and the price we paid, it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall experience too much.

It’s the most affordable room in Dahab with amazing breakfast and super friendly and hospitable stuff. The manager never let me carry anything myself to the room whenever he’ll see me having bags. They also let me keep the bag for the whole day after I checked out. Everyone from the manager on reception to the cook were super friendly and cheerful. I had the cheapest room, so it was very basic, but clean and I slept well there. Location is amazing near to everything u need in Dahab.

Coz the location is so central it’s not always very quiet, and u can hear the music from the cafe near by. The room was super basic, but for the value is amazing to have some privacy still.

There is no better location in Dahab! Just across the street you find the beach and the best fish and seafood restaurants in town. In less than 50 meteres you can find liquor stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank and everything else you may need. This was my second time at the 7 Heaven and I’ll definitely stay there again. By the end of this year, the hotel will have a swimming pool, which will had a commodity not found in almost any other hotel in that area. About the staff, I can only say that they made me feel like part of the family! And for those interested in scuba diving, look no further, as the 7 Heaven has it’s own dive centre.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but some cosmetic care would bring freshness to the place.

It’s really really a good hotel. Good location, close to the GoBus station. just 20sec to the ocean by walking. A lot of restaurants and shops are besides but the room is quiet. The staff here is so nice. He is a smart guy and always being available for helping. I really appreciate him. As to the rooms, they do have a lot of different kinds of rooms meeting all your needs. I booked a two beds room which’s simple and clean. I love it. I’ll stay here again in couple of weeks. I highly recommend the hotel. Forgot one thing. It’s more than worth the money.

Starting the perfect location, i could catch the view of both the sea and the mountains, and it was in the middle of everything The staff was helpful and welcoming, Karim at the reception goes the extra mile to make sure i enjoy the trip, you come as a guest and you leave as a friend

As there were ongoing renovations in the whole property, there were some brief noise on the first night, didn’t continue though Also there was a slight electrical outage in my room at first and i couldn’t charge my devices, but the staff solved the problem in less than an hour and saved the day

-The stuff was so friendly i want to thank them Anwar also Sayed and the third one I didn’t know his name really thanks for the hospitality -Place is cozy ,clean and safe - the mini bar was so good i like it - air conditioning also very good - i didn’t try their included breakfast so i can’t rate it

- the cons was that the wi fi didn’t work - no Tv /satellite - we didn’t have a coffee table or any table just الكومدينو - the beds are a little small ( we are +180 cm )

Very friendly and flexible people and smiling warm owner, always up for a chat, cup of tea and the latest diving info. Not pushing for anything. Diving with Hassan was really nice, we've enjoyed it! Because we had a late flight, we could stay longer in our room than check-out time, which made our stay extra comfy.. We hope to return soon!

Some extra roomcleaning during our stay would be welcomed

The location and the crew are excellent. The location is in the center of the city and very easy to reach, and the crew are very friendly and supportive, the breakfast is great as well, simple and delicious.

For the rooms at the last floor, the facilities in the rooms and the shared bathroom are poor. However this is expected for the low price of these rooms. And they have other better rooms as well.

The diving center, it was my first time to dive and they deleted the photos without sending them also I wanted to dive with my friend but they didn’t let me because thee was only 1 diver and we didn’t stay that long under the water , not the best experience with the diving center

The staff was very friendly especially ahmed and kareem on reception and Mahmoud in the restaurant they're so helpful and very cool. The location is really good and nearly to the sea. Special thanks to Hassan at the diving centre on the hotel, And all the staff. The breakfast was very good and delicious, and the price is very good for the service .

The rooms aren't big enough and the maintenance of the room doesn't work well ,there are no shelves or lockers, But all things seem good.
