Really excellent location with a great sea view from the terrace. The room was very spacious and comfortable with functioning air conditioning. The hotel in general is very aesthetic with its blue, white and yellow colour scheme. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a very good value trip to Mt Sinai (much less than other nearby travel agents), advised us on where to rent snorkelling gear and organised laundry. If I ever return to Dahab I will stay at Neptune Hotel again.

Although breakfast food was included in our booking, any drinks (eg: water/tea/coffee) which we were offered weren't. We were a bit surprised by the bill for this at the end of our stay. This was only a small issue.

2nd stay here! I like the place! Great, friendly and helpfull staff. Checked few times with me if everything was allright. When help or equiment for the room needed they provided. Can ask for anything. Great location! Breakfast is fine: 4 options to choose from. Served on the roof with a beautiful view. Will be back :)

Our stay at the hotel was outstanding. We are grateful to the staff for making our experience enjoyable with all their suggested activities. I especially recommend Jaber and Ahmed for their travel advice; everything was exactly as they had described. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a beautiful view of the beach. We will definitely return.

I would like to thank they guy in the reception. I don’t get the name 🥲 he was super helpful . I had a problem in my bathroom it was as fixed in spot. The staff all of them are very Ty helpful and attentive. The location is legendary. The view is enough 😍 the room has ac which was very important to me. Over all I would definitely come again. Thank you guys ❤️

This place is just amazing only good things for this place from the staff to the breakfast the place is im the centre of dahab and honestly I am going to come back they have a very nice chillout balcony for all the guests to use. And honestly just perfect little hotel and can book day trips through the hotel which is more affordable than the websites I will be back again shukran gedan

There's nothing bad to say

The Hotel was good and what we needed, simple rooms, happy and welcoming stuff (I forgot there names, but the woman in the reception and the man that cleans the rooms and serve breakfast were really nice!!). There is a nice balcony to sit and enjoy breakfast or just enjoy the view of Dahab. The location is great!! We found out when we arrived that it's right next to the bridge and the market, it was perfect!! We probably go back again!! Thank you! Shukran!🙏

The staff is more than professional and friendly The breakfast is amazing And the location is the best location in Dahab The only thing that the room in missing is the view but compared to the price it was very good 😀

The toilet is old and the room didn't have a wardrobe

Location is absolute boom . and all above the staff . Staffs are helpful specially Miss dahat . She help us a lot about booking and staying.
