The staff was incredibly friendly.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, there were a few drawbacks. Firstly, the apartment was located in a separate building across from the main hotel, which was inconvenient. Secondly, I encountered multiple instances of electricity and water cuts during my three-night stay, although the hotel did offer alternative rooms as a solution. Lastly, the location was quite far from downtown, approximately 10 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk, which may not be ideal for those looking to stay closer to the city center.

Neptune Residence in Dahab offers a truly unique experience, located right in front of the Red Sea with the majestic mountains rising directly behind the building. The setting creates a serene and breathtaking atmosphere. Nadia, the owner, is incredibly kind and nurturing, making guests feel like family. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, offering a 5-star experience with the remarkable feeling of being nestled inside the mountain itself. It’s a perfect retreat for those seeking both comfort and natural beauty.

Uniquely and quite remotely located between a mountain and the beach in the Assala region of Dahab, this hotel looks exactly like the advertised pictures. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is ideal for adults who enjoy the silence and beautiful location, it is however way out of the way, some 25 minutes on foot to the Dahab promenade. You could however easily order a cheap taxi to the center of Dahab.

The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable (2 iron bars running lengthwise) and no other bedding could be provided for the kid, this was the main reason why we ultimately chose another hotel. It was also the only hotel during all my trips throughout Egypt that asked to photocopy our visa/immigration cards, what's up with that?

Super clean, super comfy, the spot is perfect and very close to El mamsha ,the sea view room is big and has so many facilities, the hotel owners were there celebrating new year, they're very welcoming, smiling and generous ♥️😘

very special view of mountains and the sea very comfort roam with clean bathroom very strong wifi , i booked in many hotels in dahab and this wifi internet was more perfect than all 5 stars hotels the staff were very professional special thank to Mrs.Nadia ❤️🌹she was very helpful and kind i am very sure that i will visit neptune again in the near future

i liked everything there

The hotel is sweet and the rooms are huge. Ours had a sea view, but we also liked sitting by the pool. We are extremely grateful to Muhamad Jaber, the reception desk manager for all his help. From booking us on day trips to recommending places. He was so pleasant and welcoming that it made our stay all the more enjoyable .

The shower head was not strong enough.

Neptune hotel was definitely the best value for money choice for us. Hotel features a mountain in the backside seafront and a swimming pool. Despite the hotel beach isn't the one you would spend your vacation by as it is rocky, however it is such an awesome place to enjoy your breakfast, morning coffee and evening drink.or a walk. Neptune is A very calm, clean and friendly environment to relax after a day of snorkeling/diving. Very Helpful and friendly staff. We spent our first day in blue hole then the night in blue lagon without informing Neptune front desk , they called us more than 8 times as they were worried we called once we had a network back, such care was priceless ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our 3 boys (7, 13 and 15) enjoyed it so much . Choices were commercial area (center) or Neptune, The fact we had a car made Neptune our first choice as it offers much and we have a car however when we checked in and explored the area we found A awaking distance 15 min small center that has a lot to offer Cafes , restaurants, grocery, Bank misr ATM and Al Ahly ATM. Etc. Neptune is also on the way to blue hole , blue lagon ⭐Rooms are clean, spacious,private toilet with shower, ⭐separate section viewing the pool , has mini bar, water,coffee and a kettel and air ⭐conditioning ⭐reliable Wifi which was Very Helpful to get some work done. Thank you Neptune for such a pleasant and enjoyable stay you offered us .

A cozy hotel with a direct peaceful sea view, It truly was a lovely destination to spend a quite vacation The team was cheerful as well as extremely helpful, special thanks to both of them The view was quite lovely, and downtown was only one street away (not a short yet not a long distance ) it's a walk of 15 mins or a 2 mins ride I totally recommend Niptune for, and will definitely pay them a second visit

The place is clean, relatively quiet, feels safe and is easy to reach from the center by walking. The staff are friendly and also helped arrange a late check-out.

The rooms with sea view have a road just in front, so for privacy I kept the curtains shut. WiFi signal is a bit weak.

The staff was super friendly and inviting, always helping and checking up on us to see if we were having a good time. The surrounding view of the mountains and the sea was spectacular. The beach could use some more umbrellas and chairs but was nonetheless fine.
