Smiling staff, clean and quiet spot away from the city buzz…. A tad expensive than other 4-5 star egyptian hotels but recommendable.

It is a beautiful new hotel with a lot of gorgeous artworks everywhere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had lovely welcome treats in our room. The breakfast was good as well.

There are construction works that are going next to the hotel and you can see them from the pool. It didn’t bother us at all though. When we tried to book the tour to the pyramids and around Cairo, the concierge was not very helpful, and we ended up booking through TripAdvisor. The location is remote and you will need to book an Uber to go anywhere at all. It is close to Giza Pyramids (15 mins drive) but further from Cairo (40 mins drive to most museums). It is 1 hour to the airport. However, the location feels super secure because they check the cars that come to the hotel territory.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Centric and it was truly a nice experience from start to finish. Staff: From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Special thanks to Maryam, Ayah, Mohammed (doorman), Rami and Tarek the managers, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. Ali in the restaurant provided top-notch service with a warm, friendly attitude. It’s clear the team is dedicated to providing exceptional service. Response to Suggestions: quick response demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. Atmosphere: The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere—warm, inviting, and modern, yet with a touch of local charm. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Fantastic swimming pool, great breakfast buffet with wide range of continental and local food and live egg station, nice and clean rooms, very good and well equipped gym. The bar is fun with the snooker table.

Sheets on the bed or too small so they loosen up every night. Annoying constant high pitch humming noise in the restaurant from the open kitchen's extractor hood. Hotel is well located to visit the Gizeh pyramids and the new GEM museum (20 minutes by taxi) but far from the city centre (45 minutes by taxi). It's located in the middle of nowhere, there's just the other Hyatt across the road and a residential compound.

Although the hotel was located away from most popular attractions, I appreciated its peaceful setting, far from the noise and bustle of the city. Staying there felt like escaping to a quiet oasis or secluded island. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the quality of food was enjoyable. Both check-in and checkout processes were quick and efficient. I particularly liked the unique touch provided by the music and local artworks displayed throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcoming sweets placed in our rooms in celebration of Eid—a thoughtful gesture arranged by the Client Relations Manager, Mariam Mofdy. The room amenities were excellent and consistently restocked during our stay, with plenty of fresh towels and impressive water pressure in the rain shower.

However, there were some inconveniences. My room lacked a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, and I had to request one, resulting in an unnecessary wait. Additionally, there was no tea selection in my room, although it was available in another room booked by our group, which required another call to the service desk. On two consecutive days, despite removing the "Do Not Disturb" sign when leaving for day-long outings, I returned to find my room exactly as I had left it, without housekeeping service. By the time the front desk offered to rectify the situation by sending housekeeping, it was already near my bedtime, and I was checking out the next day at noon.

It’s a new hotel, the design of it was very slick and nice from the lobby, restaurants, rooms. Very clean units and the service was great all in all.

The quality of the food at the restaurant was average, we had so many comments every time we dined there even though the service was great. The most thing that threw me and my vacation off was the currency exchange atm by the entrance. It ate away my money and I never got it back as the hotel didn’t claim responsibility for that atm. I spent so much time contacting the bank and going there back and forth it was such a headache and all for nothing at the end of the day. That was the biggest downer in my vacation there. I believe the hotel should’ve claimed responsibility since the atm is inside their lobby for their guests to use and whatever issues arise from it they’re able to manage with the bank as guests are usually tourists and are there for a limited period of time.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at Hyatt Centric Cairo West! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. The design of the hotel is modern and artistic—every corner felt unique and thoughtfully styled. My room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the little details like the lighting and tech-friendly setup. Breakfast was delicious every day, with a great variety of fresh options. The rooftop bar was also a highlight—perfect for relaxing in the evening with a great atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s close enough to the pyramids while still giving you easy access to the city. I felt safe, well taken care of, and truly enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cairo—definitely coming back!

One thing I didn’t like, however, was the paid valet parking. Given that the hotel is primarily accessible by car, I really think valet parking should be included with the room reservation. It felt like an unnecessary extra charge for something that should be standard at this level of service.

The ambiance of the hotel was absolutely impeccable, offering a serene and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at ease. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail in every element of the décor, creating an atmosphere of both comfort and elegance. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and well-mannered, always ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A special mention must go to Catalina, the Customer Experience Officer, who was not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure all our requests were met with a smile, and her warm hospitality truly added to the overall experience. It's clear that the hotel places great emphasis on its staff’s commitment to providing excellent service, and Catalina is a prime example of that dedication. As for the dining options, the hotel’s restaurant offered an impressive variety of dishes, catering to all tastes and preferences. Each menu item was carefully crafted with fresh ingredients, and the presentation was top-notch. What stood out even more was the reasonable pricing, making the dining experience not only delightful but also great value for money. Overall, our stay was memorable for all the right reasons—perfectly balanced between luxury and comfort, with an exceptional team that made every moment enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless and pleasant experience.

Although there was varieties of menu, It would be a perfect selction of menu for visitors who hope to enjoy local cusines. Local menu would create a perfect experience for visitors who wish to try new experiences.

The staff made everything great, starting with Mariam, the Guest Relations Manager, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. She’s incredibly friendly and ensured every detail and request we made was taken care of with genuine care. Sayed at the reception was also very helpful and punctual. Sarah as well from reservations was incredibly supportive and helped us sort out some booking details smoothly. Overall, the entire team was excellent. The amenities are good, and the rooms are well-maintained and clean.

The breakfast buffet can be improved a bit

For sure Staff! From the minute we arrived everyone was so helpful and kind! From security to receptionists to people working in bar/restaurants , to the guys helping with luggage etc. We arrived late in the evening, very hungry. I asked if we could get something to eat and I was informed there is 24h room service. We got food delivered in the room and it was very delicious! In the morning there is amazing breakfast with „egg station“, there is always at least one cook preparing all kind of eggs. Lifeguard Mohamed prepared our sunbeds on the pool very nicely, made is so comfortable and he always jumped to help us as we were moving from one part of the pool to another (thanks again). Gym is great! Big enough and coach Shrief Mohamed gave us many tips where to go in Cairo as well as for the workouts. The hotel is clean, beds comfortable, location few mins from the Pyramids (which is great as it isnt chaotic as it is next to the Pyramids). As we travel quite a lot, me and my wife agreed it was the best stay we ever had! Chepau for the staff! We recommend this hotel always! And cannot want to come back asap!
