I had an exceptional experience at the Hyatt regency. On the second day of my stay at the hotel my next door neighbors were very loud. I complained about the noise. Ramy, the hotel manager contacted me and I was offered to move into a luxury suite with no extra charge for the next three days until i check out. After that the hotel management compensated me with a dinner at their Japanese restaurant that was fantastic. I Also enjoyed the hotel amenities. The gym is perfectly equipped and very clean. The pool area is spacious and gets lots of sun light and air breeze. The food everywhere at the hotel was very fresh and tasty. Overall I had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back.

Hyatt Regency Cairo West is a (very) good 5-star hotel, very modern (brand new actually) and with all the services and facilities you may need. The staff is very welcoming and kind, the breakfast buffet is perfect and the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, some have the view over the pyramids.

The only downside of that hotel is also one of its asset: location! Not far from the pyramids and the GEM, the hotel is located in New Giza which is new and very quiet area, with not much animation around it. A car is required if you want to get the most of your trip staying at this hotel.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency has been an excellent experience. The property combines comfort, elegance, and convenience perfectly. I especially appreciate the spacious rooms, high level of cleanliness, and the welcoming attitude of the staff. The facilities — from the restaurants to the pool and gym — make it easy to enjoy everything without leaving the hotel.

What makes my stay even more special is sharing it with Kirollos, who truly enjoys the vibrant atmosphere and appreciates the thoughtful service. The Hyatt Regency is exactly the kind of place that matches his taste for both relaxation and activities. Together, we’ve found it to be the perfect balance of luxury and homely comfort.

The facilities at the hotel were top rate. Easy check in and reception staff were very welcoming. The restaurant facilities and the choice were excellent. We appreciated the variety and the fact that very late night dining was possible. We ate a few times at the main restaurant and the Lounge Bar where service was great and bar staff, especially Hani (Hamza) and colleagues were always ready to advise on drink and food choices. The breakfast service had just about everything, with chefs on hand for freshly cooked breakfast (if you could find room). We also ate at the Barranco restaurant which was also beautiful experience. The Spa was beautiful and treatments (massages) were optimal quality and were a welcome treat after a full day of visits in Cairo. My son especially appreciated the gym (full gym with separate weights room, cardio room and pilates room) was open 24 hours. But the staff especially made the stay wonderful- they took care of us, always stopping to ask how we were or how our day had been. Looking forward to going back.

Hotel is a little further out from central Cairo (20 - 25 mins in traffic). However, it is very close to Giza pyramids, New Egyptian museum and well connected to get to Alexandria. Actually the fact it is a little further out from Cairo centre contributed to the fact it was peaceful.

We had a very good experience at Hyatt Regency Cairo West. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area out of the chaos of Cairo center. It is very convenient if you fly into Shynx airport. The rooms have a perfect size. We found all tidy clean, the bed is very comfortable, nice bed sheets and lining and good quality amenities. The hotel areas are nicely decorated with good ambience, pool tables, lovely live piano music, bar area and more. The restaurants have a good quality and menus are varied. There are both traditional and international menus. The pizza and Italian food that we tried were great and the traditional food was very special too. As for the pool area, it is big and relaxing, the best and perfect spot to relax after visiting the city. Guest relations and customer service were great! Many thanks to Ramy for assisting us and to all the staff of the hotel. I highly appreciated the interaction and interest of the guest relations manager to make sure that all was as expected. The kindness from all was exceptional. For this reason we have chosen and confirmed Hyatt Regency West for our second stay in Cairo. With no doubt, HYATT REGENCY CAIRO WEST is a great choice. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West! From the moment I arrived, Merna and her team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome with their exceptional hospitality. The breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing—such a delicious variety to choose from, it truly set the tone for the day. The rooms were elegant, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable, making our stay both relaxing and luxurious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—5 stars all the way

Nothing! The location is in a developing area, we didn’t mind though as we just wanted to unwind after a long day touring.

Phenomenal staff who goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Great bar with fantastic atmosphere. Swimming pool area is your morning to afternoon spot as sun disappears closer to 16 (November). Mrs Sadia Ghalib helped us felt welcomed at our rooms. Mrs Amr Hefrany helped us with organization of stay and luggage. Both were extremely nice and helpful. Mr Pheelo (reception and concierge) took grate care of us and helped organising transfers. Bar staff was phenomenal. Mrs Madonna helped with our extra needs and served with her advice. Lovely place.

Private hire cars are immensely overpriced yet drivers are lovely people.

The hotel is so stylish and chic. The location is remarkable, our room overlooked the Pyramids. The facilities are great. We booked the Spa room, it was amazing, we really loved it! The room had a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a massage table; everything operated perfectly and was clean and well-maitained. Now let me appreciate the staff! Literally everyone we met from the moment we arrived till the moment we left was super warm and welcoming! They would hurry to make all the arrangements and would do their best to make us feel welcomed and to meet our needs. Special thanks to Manar from Guest Relations. It was our anniversary and we added this remark less than an hour before our arrival but she managed to do all the arrangements and prepared the room for the occasion and it was beautiful! We would also like to thank Ahmed Hamdy from the restaurant. During breakfast he took care of all our needs and he repeatedly served us a variety of items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! Since we had meetings at Smart Village, the location was excellent. All the staff were professional and extra caring. We rented a car with a driver wfrom the hote to go to our meetings and it was a very easy process and the car was in wonderful condition and very comfortable! We also had a business lunch and the food was really good and the presentation amazing. We would definitely stay there again!
