We stayed at Villa 14 Suites Hotel for one night with my family. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a good option for a short stay. Free parking and easy to reach the hotel. The only downside was that the double beds were quite small and not comfortable for two people, Other than that, everything was okay.

This was my second stay at Villa 14, and once again it was outstanding! The hotel is spotless, the rooms are very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Ibrahim and the staff are truly exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality really made my stay special. The location is perfect: close to Sphinx International Airport and just a short drive to the Great Pyramids of Giza, while still offering easy access to Downtown Cairo and the Nile River. Great value for money, excellent service, and a peaceful environment—I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cairo. Highly recommended!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, definitely the best part of our stay. They accommodated our requests, including letting my cousin and her daughter use our room whilst we were out and about, with no hassle. The rooms are comfortable and in the 3 star bracket, but it served our needs as we were over for a wedding, and was a welcome home after a few late nights!

Some of the facilities were not working, like the soap dispenser on arrival, and no first aid kit was available when I needed a plaster, but minor issues that didn't impact our positive experience.

From the moment we arrived for an early check-in to extending our stay to two full weeks, every part of our experience was above and beyond. 1. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff handling cleaning, laundry, and kitchen services were always kind, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. 2. A special shoutout to the wonderful reception team—AbdelHamid, Heba, Mohammed, Ibrahim, and one more lovely soul whose name I sadly didn’t catch—you made both my mum and I feel completely at home. Not like guests, but family. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa 14 for both short and long stays. It truly exceeded all our expectations.

Our recent stay exceeded all expectations, so much so that we extended it to over two weeks. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful nights. We especially appreciated the location. The staff and management were more than accommodating and considerate of our requests and needs; their hospitality took the stress of traveling off our minds. Overall, it was a five-star experience that made our trip truly memorable.

The ubication was perfect regarding my business trip. All the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were very good, very good chef. All the personnel was very kind. The general cleanliness condition were ok. Wifi very good! Uber ubication not a problem. Room conditions acceptable regarding the price. I liked that the hotel management was flexible in terms of checkin and check out hours.

My hotel room was not cleaned by the hotel personnel during my visit. Im used to daily room clean routines. Anyway it was manageable.

Clean and well presented, tasty breakfast delivered to the room each day and room cleaned everyday with new towels and bedding. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

Only slight downside was the lack of power sockets next to the bed and the lack of a bedside light but this didn’t affect my stay, it was still very comfortable and clean and would still recommend it highly.

I did not except such great clean apartment which is convenient location in Zayed district. I have met with 4 receptionists and all of them have genuine smile and wellness to help at anytime. Only suggest to have socket close by bed table and may be small rags in bed room and to change the rag in living room as quality is not matching with the apartment overall great quality . Well done guys for such nice product .

Due to being a regular at the place ...the staff were over welcome 🤗...(As usual) They made me choose between rooms according to my liking.... The dry clean was super great and fast so was the restaurant and the meals I requested were tasty

Some maintenance were needed like a curtain for the shower and the kettle 😁 ..yet it was not a bother at all and I didn't not report is ...

The size of the room was very spacious. Living room was really good. The staffs are very helpful and kind, we wanted to thanks Ahmed, he was very kind and helpful, anything we needed he was there for us. Also the staffs at reception was very helpful. Thank you to you all.
